I bought a short sofa. It didn’t break the bank, but I thought for $1300+ , it would be nice quality. After only one week a permanent crease appeared in the back cushion. I thought- “if it looks creased after one week, what will it look like after a year?” I called the store, someone came out to look at it. He agreed that it shouldn’t look like that. Lol But we had a great experience the man who helped us had 23 years there, And was extremely nice and helpful! Our 23 month old had fun playing behind all the chairs with the guy who helped us! He also gave him paper and a pen to play with while we were buying our new chair. Really nice and great price we got a name brand and a lifetime warranty for less then many places we looked with a 3 year limited warranty. So now my husband is happy and we will be back to...

It was $1,700 and the whole mechanism for the chair is sloppy like it's old and wore out and I don't care for how low the footrest is. $1,700 and they couldn't care less.
