Before stepping into this place you better check around, and be avare that they not telling you upfront about they return policy, wich is they don'the give you your money back, only trying to stick you with the store credit. They are selling fragrances for the same price as Macy's or Belk, actually not evrn, Belk'so gift sts could be more bang for the same buck. This store is ridiculous. I wanted to buy Aqua di Gio. Naturally, I came in and asked if they have it. And of course, since I have asked for it it was one of 4 that is excluded from promotion. Literally 2 days later I found the same size of a perfume 20 dollars less in Ulta. Nothing was opened, not even little pathetic necklace present that they give you. I came in lady said:"I can give you store credit or store gift card" They really don't like to give you your money back. I payed with debit. I insisted on my money being returned to me. She took all of my information, phone, email, address. I reluctantly gave it to her, I just want my money not being held hostage in this storeš¢. I sighned two pieces of return papers, put my debit card in waited 5 minutes( it really was), you have to wait until it said "remove your card" please remember that. Came home - money is still not back on my account. Now I have only one little receipt to prove it, no merchandice, no money. It has been almost 24 hours. Very shady. I think next step will be going to police, I am concerned, not only about refund but about so much of my personal information being collected, (identity fraud). What kind of reputable store not giving you your money back if merchandise never even been taken out...

The high-calorie, middle-aged, blonde woman (possibly manager) was very reluctant to let me try name brand scents when I described what I was looking for. I spent a lot of time there because I knew I was going to make a purchase. I chose one of the off-brand scents and one name brand scent. I wasn't 100% happy with my choices, but the staff there doesn't hide their annoyance and frustration with customers well, at all. I asked would I be able to bring the scent back if I didn't like it and the blonde woman said yes, as long as the package wasn't opened and I had my receipt. (THESE WERE THE ONLY SPECIFICATIONS I WAS TOLD)
When I came back to make my exchange I heard, "I told y'all, didn't I tell y'all it was going to happen?" It came from the direction of the blonde haired woman. I looked right at her and said hello and she gave me a fake smile and said hello. She then told me that she couldn't do the exchange because I didn't bring both scents back. And that she would get it trouble if she did an exchange for one scent. I was never told that. That is misleading, sneaky, and seemed calculated. We were planning to come there for all of our future perfume needs, but that type of stuff is not cool. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE, ITS...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI love this store. Todd has helped me several times and he is amazing at find fragrances that I would not have checked out. I was able to tell him: this is what I like wearing right now, what would you recommend? Thanks to Todd, I have discovered some amazing scents that are not in any big box store near me: Merakai Passion and Rouge by Patek Maison, Le Musk and Green Leather and Ambre Tabac by Daniel Josier, and Ocean Noir and Citizen Jack by Michael Malul. Take advantage of their sales. Please know that not every big name will be part of their BOGO 50% off or BOGO 30% off, but there are a lot of fragrances that are part of the sales, some really nice niche...
