Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store — Local services in Mebane

Dear LUCAS, this Bad Review it’s for you. First time shopping at polo here in Mebane N.C. They’re were awesome I actually saved $341 which was great. Unfortunately, I wanted to exchange some of the outfits. Lucas wanted to do the return and refund before purchase the new merchandise I had picked out. I found it odd. I still wanted the discount they were Initially was giving the first time but instead I end up losing it. If he would had exchange with discount would have been applied which they do in a lot of stores I have shopped at. Even less we were at the store longer than expected because the returned was half in cash paid the other with visa. He claimed it would be shown in my personally. The manger was great and helped me at ease and worry free all I have to do it wait 3 to 5 business days. If anything come back so they would resolve it. Still upset over losing my discount and I was hoping he could at least giving me an employee discount to make up for my first time shopping deal. He just shrugs he’s shoulders. I repeatedly had ask for his name. Finally got it just for this review. I will never shop there again. All because of Lucas unprofessionalism and have no empathy for people...

Staff was extremely helpful with sizes, selection and inventory across the network. I was given an in depth overview of how to obtain something specific. I was primarily interested in the sports jackets- mainly the Yankees branded apparel. I was given a very personal, unique shopping experience. The team at this location was very impressive.

The materials were very premium, and the pricing a little exorbitant. Sadly I ended up not purchasing just yet. However, I will find another piece, maybe next time. The availability of the same style for his and hers was the cherry on top. If you have a significant other looking for an exquisite jacket piece, you can find it here in store or online. At a previous occasion i was able to find the premium Yankees sweater in blue in my size.. it was the last piece for sale in the US and shipped from California, after I was able to get in contact with that store. What an absolutely fantastic brand! Thank you! 🙏

Front door "welcoming" associate had smart mouth and made inaccurate statements! The mask mandate has been lifted in the state of NC for fully vaccinated individuals. Yes, it is a stores right to require a mask to enter, and we were fully prepared with our mask. When we entered without our masks on, the associate offered one and stated a mask was required in public areas. I stated no it is not, mask mandate has been lifted in the state of NC for fully vaccinated individuals. She very smartly and with lots of attitude relied not in public areas. I said well if not in public areas then what would be the point of lifting it??? She continuously kept making smart comments. My husband said you know, nevermind, we don't need to give you our money. She chose to continue with the smart comments. I asked if she was going to continue to argue.... she replied with are you going to continue to talk!! I spoke to a manager who stated she would speak with her, but offered no apologies for her employee's behavior. NEVER AGAIN to shop on this store!!! Far to expensive of product for this to be the behavior...
