They never get back to me- I bought a necklace that broke within a few days- they said they’d have it fixed that was over 8 months ago. I’ve asked every time I stop in on the status of it and they say they’ll get back to me but never do. Meanwhile they never answer their phone ever. It’s been taking way too long to resolve this and at this point I just want my money back and I know that will be a challenge too!!! Would never buy anything there again and I stupidly did even while I’ve been waiting...
