The people running this bank don't know their head from their tail. After my father passed I had to fight with them to deposit his life insurance check. The lady literally treated me like I was trying to commit fraud. Told me The check was written wrong. That was needed more information on it. When in reality she didn't know what she was talking about and it wasn't until I fought with her enough that she called another bank and they told her to deposit it.
Today I go in there to sign over vehicle titles from my father who passed. I just needed the titles notarized. I had litters of administration saying I am allowed to do this. The bank refused said they might end up in court. I don't know how every notary can end you up in court if somebody claims it's not true. But considering I have a court notarized letter saying I am allowed to do this, it shouldn't be a big problem. But of course it was again because they don't want to do their job. They literally told me to go somewhere and pay for it instead of the bank doing the service they're supposed to...
