I'm truly offended by the service and the treatment I received in your tanger outlets location in mebane North Carolina this past Monday, January 10th(around 5 o´clock). The store wasn't even full and as soon as I enter I started seeing an attitude from one of your employers she wasn't even busy, and she clearly didn't want to assist me, because she didn't even say hello to me and my sister or offered any assistance it's crazy to think that the person who was busy attending to other clients offered me a better service than the one who was doing nothing. I asked her to show me some charms, since I was looking to buy a gift for my friends in Mexico, in addition to the tradition of buying a charm from every place I visit when I go on vacation. Now, this tradition has been ruined by the bad experience I had in this particular location. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME EVER THAT THEY THROW AT ME THE BOX OF CHARMS. To make matters worse, she started mumbling things while she put away the box, because obviously I didn't buy anything after her treatment. If I could give this store negative stars I would. I was very displeased with their service on yesterday (12-24-20). I ordered a charm online and then called the store to ask about how to pick up because I don’t live in the area and would traveling through. The sales associate told me that all I had to do was call the store when I arrived and someone would meet me at the door with it. I called this store 10 times while standing in front of it and none of the 5 employees answered!! I know it was Christmas Eve and all but someone could have at least answered to say something. I work in retail as well in a busier store and we never let the phone go unanswered. I waited a hour hour in line for only to be in the store 2 mins. I’ll never shop...

I highly recommend you shop other Pandora stores or do so online. This location doesn’t really have the most attentive and nice associates! Not only were they closed for a week after Christmas but they canceled my online store pick up order. Had to pay all over with very nonchalant associates who could care less about my product. Take my advice, go to the Greensboro- Friendly location or get it shipped home from their website, smh
