William Jeffrey's Jewelers is the equivalent of having your own personal concierge jeweler. From my first interaction with Jeff, it was clear that anything was possible, and he and his team would go above and beyond for their clients. My wife and I have been married for 24 years. She is quite modest and values experiences over tangible gifts. Her original engagement ring was a simple 1/2 carat round stone, which was what we could afford at the time.
As we planned to become empty nesters this past August, I began brainstorming with Jeff on how to create a special moment for my wife and upgrade her engagement ring. Jeff's suggestions included a European trip with detailed recommendations for transportation, hotels, restaurants, cafes and museums in Amsterdam, Belgium and Paris. To my surprise, he even arranged a backstage pass in Antwerp's Diamond District, the diamond exchange capital of the world.
My wife was astonished when we stepped off the train in Antwerp. At the heart of the Dimond District, she was presented with an array of diamonds to choose from, all within a prearranged budget, ensuring there were no financial surprises. Once selected, the stones were sent back to William Jeffrey's Jewelers, where Jeff custom-built her gold band, set the stones, and prepared it for the big reveal.
What started as an idea for a memorable moment turned into the experience of a lifetime. My wife chose the centerpiece for her wedding ring in Antwerp, along with a twin of her original stone to make her ring truly unique, all thanks to Jeff and William Jeffrey's Jewelers. With this level of service, there's no reason to go anywhere else. Thank you, Jeff!!! Words cannot express how much this experience means to my...
Read moreMy husband and I are not big jewelry buyers but when we have a special something to remember we head to William Jeffrey's Jewelers. He got my engagement ring there in 2016 and asked me to marry him. It is beautiful. When we went to get our engagement rings we met Meagan. She was delightful and listen to our story of how we met. We stayed in touch and today we went looking for a gold chain for a cross that my sister gave me in 1990, as a thank you when I gave my brother a kidney. I never took it off. One day, about 10 years ago I came back from a walk and realized my cross and chain had fallen off. I retraced my steps but did not find it. Then 3 years ago when doing spring clean up in my back yard, I saw something shiny....it was my cross. I kept looking for a chain and just did not find what I wanted. Today, we went to Jeffrey's Jewelers and we're greeted by salesperson, Theo. Theo found just what I wanted, put the cross on the chain and put the chain around my neck. It was perfect. We got to see Meagan who remembered us. My husband received a kidney transplant a little over a year ago and Theo, our new friend/ sales person donated kidney a year ago. I do not believe in coincidences....we were meant to be there. The chain is beautiful, the Cross is back where it belongs (around my neck), the store has beautiful jewelry and best of all... the staff makes you feel like...
Read moreI'll start with this... I am not a jewelry guy. I own three pieces of jewelry in the world, my wedding band, my Claddaugh ring, and a simple gold (plated) rope chain with a simple (real) gold Cross on it. The ring that suspends the Cross from the chain failed so I brought it to Wm. Jeffrey's to see if they could repair it. Morgan was immediately welcoming and gracious, listened to my concerns, and worked up several options. Never did I feel like I was being "judged" for it not being "fancy" jewelry. Never did I feel like I was going to be "sold" something. What I DID feel was that she genuinely understood how much that simple chain and Cross meant to me, and genuinely wanted to make it right. She made me feel comfortable and that she CARED. When a change needed to be made in how the jeweler was going re-attach the Cross, Morgan called me, explained, and made sure I was comfortable with the minor increase in the estimate. When I came in to pick up my necklace I almost didn't recognize it. The chain sparkled more and the Cross shined more than I ever remembered (I have had the Cross since +/- 1989). Not only did they repair and re-attach it, they cleaned both pieces. It's the little things that matter. Customer service is a dying art. But Morgan and the rest of the staff here demonstrated it to the highest level. And I appreciate that. (I'm STILL not a big...
