My recent visit to the Grocery Outlet of Medford started on a sour note because of a dispute with a gift card . Admittedly, I did not help the situation by losing my cool. The owners have since rectified the situation for which I am grateful.
The store itself is very nice. It's spacious, the aisles are uncluttered and it's clean. They offer a variety of brands that you don't typically see in other stores.
The staff on the floor are mindful of the customers. If they notice that you are looking for something they will offer to help. The prices are good, especially for staples.

I hope that’s the case. For now, just don’t go in looking for specific items. It’s good for the basics, if that. I’m willing to give this place another shot in the near future, with hopefully more selections, but for now I’ll just go to ShopRite Medford, which is terrible because it’s always so...
