U Sushi — Restaurant in Medford Township

Very strange food for the price that you pay. The rolls were good but not amazing, very average. However what disappointed me most was the soups and starters. Seaweed salad was flavorless. The hot and sour soup had little to no tofu, and was take out quality not restaurant quality. The miso soup separated almost instantly and left a sediment like layer at the bottom, also the tofu were these tiny cubes about 1/8 inches in width. The egg drop was foul, room temperature yokey egg drop with gulps of uncooked egg whites. Without doubt the most vile egg drop soup I’ve ever consumed.

The first time I went to this place.I had to drive all the way back as they forgot part of my order. Always friendly and always willing to fix the problem.However , who wants to drive back Ten or fifteen minutes to go pick up the remainder of your order? So I try it again. We always eat here when we visit my parents. We've never had the sushi, but it looks delicious made fresh to order. We ordered Chinese dishes like shrimp and broccoli, fried rice (which they have many varities), and chicken and broccoli. These meals come with Miso soup & house salad, which are both so good. We love the salad the dressing!!! This is a smaller restaurant, but we've never had difficulty getting a table. The food is served pretty quickly. The wait staff are so friendly & nice!
