Regular here. Not anymore, lost another customer.what’s new? I never had issues with any staff , they’re usually really chill. This afternoon was different . Some advice if you wanna keep your business going or at least successful, is to be wary of who you hire.

Around 11:20am July 27th ,I was purchasing a 12 pack. There was a family in front of me so I waited longer than expected, no biggy. When it was my turn finally the younger cashier lady was IMMEDIATELY very aggressive , no greetings or smile. She told me to flip my 12 pack so she can scan it in an aggressive tone. Do her hands not work? She’s literally a cashier? I’ve managed a business before and if one of my cashiers spoke to a customer like that they’d be out the door or trained to handle situations more professionally. If you want to keep your regulars stop hiring ignorant people who very obviously do not want to be there. There’s plenty of other places hiring if she doesn’t want to be a cashier and deal...

Absolutely the worst customer service experience. My wife went in to buy two bottles of Prosecco so we could celebrate our anniversary. She paid for them — we have the charge on our bank statement — but never received the product.

When she told the cashier she didn’t get the bottles, the cashier called over the assistant manager, Tania. Instead of helping, Tania immediately started yelling at my wife, speaking to her in an extremely rude and disrespectful way. She told her to get out of the store and accused her of trying to get free alcohol — as if my wife was stealing or begging for it. Completely unacceptable and humiliating behavior.

We’ve already contacted the bank to dispute the charge, because the payment went through, but they refused to give us what we paid for. This is not just bad service — it’s offensive, unprofessional, and disrespectful.

We will never return to this...

If I could rate no stars I would. I was told my real government ID was fake. They refused me service. When I asked them to scan it they told me they are unable to do that. I called again and the manager told me he is having a busy night and he did not want to deal with my complaint. Absolutely terrible service and I was so embarrassed in how the situation...
