Taunton Jewelers — Local services in Medford Township

My engagement ring work from Taunton jewelers. Everytime I had a stone accidentally fall out the stones were different sizes and replaced with cubic zirconia! I’m no jeweler but shouldn’t stones be the same size and not put in like a 3 year old did it and replaced with a cheap CZ! When I called and confronted them about the cubic zirconia they denied it. Not to mention my husband was 24 and in the air force when he purchased it from me and these guys really took advantage of him just to get a sale. These are photos from a reputable jeweler in PA who showed me every flaw and we’re astonished a “jeweler” would ruin a ring like this let alone call it custom when you can buy it in a catalog. I’ll be getting my ring melted down and will be redoing my ring the right way cause I wouldn’t trust these guys at Taunton with a simple watch battery.

Edit to add from their response..you guys replaced the stones with cubic zirconia can ya please explain that along with the awful job you did setting them..? I love these guys! I discovered them at Christmas and my wife loved the bracelet. I contacted the store during the covid 19 pandemic and left a message looking for both a birthday and mother’s day gift. Hank called back the next day and gave me his cell phone number and I described what I was looking for. He had it in his store and he did a curbside delivery. Hank and Jake always go the extra mile to make things better than you expect. Just picked up a ring that I damaged so badly they we're not sure could be repaired . Imagine my surprise when Hank took it out of the envelope and it looked better than when it was new. What a great job it was. I also had many clocks repaired by them. Always more than happy with the results. I highly recommend this...
