I'm at the Verizon store in Medford, downtown. They were EXTREMELY helpful. To the point that instead of purchasing one phone, I bought two. Mr. Reece was AWESOME! A wonderful sales man.
On Saturday, March 25th, my cell phone wasn't receiving any calls. My brother called me on my house line and told me that my cell phone is not going through. I texted my sister and told her about it and she said go to Verizon and get it fixed but DON'T BUY ANYTHING!!! Well I first went to the Verizon store on rt541 and Wilkins station road. The gentleman that I spoke to was "Mr Anthony" and I told him that when people call my phone doesn't ring. I told him that I have insurance. He said that he would do some diagnostic testing. He then told me that my phone may be things that aren't covered by my insurance. He then told me that I might have to wait up to 5 business days before I can get another phone. My sister told me that I should go back to the store that I originally purchased the phone. I left that store in TEARS š. Mr. Anthony noticed that I was loosing it and he asked if he could have a hug. All I wanted was for him to fix the problem. Well this is when ALL my problems went away. I went to the Verizon store downtown Medford, rt541. I spoke with a Mr Trey Abbrossese. Within 3 minutes he fixed the problem. He didn't try to take me for a RIDE like Mr. Anthony did at the other Verizon store. Mr Trey is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about his work. Mr. Trey is the BESTEST!!!! Well this morning, March 29th, I went to check my voice messages and it came up something like visual voice messages. I just wanted it to be like it use to be. You know, I push voice message and a name and how long the message was. Well, of course, I went back to Mr Trey. OMG šÆ he's GOD!! No kidding. Everytime I go into the Verizon store, he is able to fix it in like seconds. š KUDOS to Mr Trey, he is DEFINITELY GOD!!!
April 1st. I got this morning and both of my hearing aids were working. 2 hours later, the left on stopped working. When I turned on my phone, I can hear music when I looked up a song. Well on my way to see "GOD" the phone stopped, I couldn't hear any music. The video came on, but NO music. Well again, "GOD" fixed my phone in seconds. Hooray for Mr. Trey. The Verizon store on route 73 in Mount Laurel, would only sell me the phone but would not help me to transfer my information over through my iCloud or my emails or any other service. After purchase of phone went to two other Verizon stores, still to know avail. Was told we cannot help you. Finally came over to the Verizon store on Stokes Road, and spoke with Trey. Not only did he provide me with all of the information to navigate my way to saving my phone and information but showed me how to do it and took the time to help. I probably would have given up on Verizon all the way around if it wasnāt for his services. About a month later I came back and will only come back to the store to see Trey to purchase a phone for my son. He once again as a true professional helped in every facet of the job and then some. I greatly appreciate everything he has done and would love for someone to at least let him know that heās doing a great job for this store, and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. A few months ago we went to the store to get a phone repaired. The salesman told us we are eligible for free upgrades for our three phones. So we proceeded with the upgrades and were told we also get a 4th phone for free. We explained we do not need four phones and he said itās free you should take it as a back up. So we did. Later we find out he added a 4th line without our knowledge. When I called Verizon I was told they are not a Verizon store just a Verizon dealer. I asked Verizon about cancelling the 4th line and was told Iād have to buy the phone or wait for the contract to end to cancel without being charged. Lesson learned I should have checked the bill sooner. I hope it was worth it because this store just lost a customer. Iām guessing the salesman gets commission and thatās why he pushed the fourth āfreeā phone. When I called Verizon they said to beware as they do not give free phones.
