J G Kronenberger Fine Jewelry — Local services in Medford Township

I was looking for a nice local jewelry shop to purchase an engagement ring and I couldn’t have been happier with the service I received from Kronenberger’s. I came to Kronenberger’s on the recommendation of a co-worker and was extremely satisfied with the experience. Jack, the owner, personally spent hours with me while I picked out the diamond. He was never pushy and didn’t rush me at all. He even set a few of the diamonds I was interested in so that I could see them in a ring. Jack knows his stuff about diamonds, and was excellent to work with. I am a very cautious person and when I found the stone I liked he held it for me overnight so I could sleep on the decision.

As for the ring, Jack and Caly custom designed it to look exactly the way I wanted it, they even went so far as to send me a computer rendering of the design before they had it made to make sure it was what I wanted. They have a shop on site where they set the diamond in the ring. The end result: my fiancée was thrilled with the ring and I have a new jeweler. i lost my grandmother this past week, and she left me some of her special/favorite jewelry. i brought the pieces in to get fixed, cleaned, and have the settings checked. i explained to them the situation, and they were absolutely incredible. i asked if they could be done before the funeral, and they told me they’d be done the next morning. which they were. when i came in to pick them up they told me “no charge. we are so sorry for your loss.” i am so beyond grateful for the kindness and compassion these jewelers showed. the jewelry came out stunning and perfect as well. they were a light in a very dark week. i will continue going here forever. there are still some good people out there. i have never written a review, but they need to...

Beautiful store! I found them from a google search and was very happy I did. :) I am obsessed with jewelry and love a good store.

I was greeted by Susan when I walked in, such a sweet lady! Their store has a great selection of quality jewelry and watches. After looking around a bit, Susan showed me a few things that caught my eye; I ended up buying a ruby and diamond ring. I also got the battery changed in my watch while they cleaned all the jewelry I was wearing. They are also able to size rings in store, huge plus! I highly recommend anyone looking for fine jewelry to stop in and take a look for yourself.
