Audio Video Concepts & Design — Local services in Medford Township

I purchased a home surveillance system & installation from Audio Video Concepts. I have to say this stands out as the worst purchase I've ever made. Worthless. No longer even try to use it.

I spent thousands on the system. They were friendly and did a good job on the installation.

I can't say the company isn't generally responsive to my complaints, because they are. It's just that the system is completely unreliable and I'm tired of asking for help. Yes, they are always responsive to but it never yields results and I have spent a substantial sum of money for a worthless system. I have to rate this company poorly based on the fact that they sold me an expensive but worthless system.

Chris at Audio Video Concepts & Design came to my home several times to troubleshoot a very annoying problem with my audio video system. Prior to Chris coming to my home, I had several people attempt to fix the problem with my television disconnecting from receiver and no one was able to find the problem! Chris was very persistent and determined to find and remedy the problem. Chris found the problem and I finally had my audio video system functioning properly.

Jaime and his team helped us set up our TV and audio system when we moved. He was so helpful and patient. He gave great and budget conscious advice on equipment upgrades and replacements. He set up our Sonos and Universal Remote system. He also ran wires under the crawl space for our home theater so that no wires are visible. We love our new set up! Overall a great experience.
