Kokua Technologies — Local services in Medford Township

I have nothing but good to say about Kokua Technologies. I needed access points installed in my house due to a weak wifi signal that was causing me a problem. I had appointments set with 2 different companies and they never showed up. Little did i know that was the best thing that could have happened. I found Kokua online with great reviews and called them and Jeff the owner answered. I explained the situation and he set an appointment up with me. He showed up EXACTLY on time, did a site survey and gave me 2 options for rectifying the problem, 1 of which was 50% lower than the other. He recommended we try that first and if it worked no need to spend the extra money. He had the required materials on his truck and did the work THAT DAY. i now have the strong signal i was looking for around the total house which is large and things have gone well, i couldn't be more pleased. A week later i received a follow-up call to see if things were still good which impressed me alot. He's definitely my IT guy going forward, do yourself a favor and choose him and his company, you will not regret it.

Update - 10/25/2019

Due to Comcast changing my modem i needed to call in Jeff at Kokua again to get things working like they had been after his initial visit. I called and Jeff called back shortly and said he could come right over if I wanted. I was very happy to hear that and mentioned that he should knock on the door as our Ring Door Bell was not working. Jeff offered to work on that as well while there which was awesome. Jeff came and as usual was friendly, got the work done quickly and all was working great within the hour including my Ring Doorbell. I just can't say enough about this company and Jeff. I can not say enough great things about this professional organization. If it were not for Kokua I could have seriously been put out of business and that is NOT an exaggeration !!!!! Our previous email server provider TOTALLY screwed up our emails constantly to a point that our emails went down at one point 18 times in 48 hours, obviously this reflects so poorly on our company, customers do not want to hear "Our email service provider is down AGAIN"..... Customers just want to be able to contact us 24/7.

So our first experience with Kokua was almost two years ago when their team wired our entire office to set up our wifi systems, phones, conference room smart T'V's we had major issues as we are located in a historic building in Old City Philadelphia and there is so much the historic society will not allow you to do but they got it sorted seamlessly.

Now this morning I woke up on a Saturday morning to a million text messages from the Kokua Team explaining how over night they completely saved us, migrated our emails from the useless company that kept shutting down our email accounts due to their errors.

Jeff was on vacation but the second we reached out his was on it, his team went into action within minutes. I felt like our business was burning down and they spent the night putting out all the fires and rebuilt us beautifully.

I could not be more relieved and could not be happier.
