If your new to the olive bar scene, the staff will easily guide you through the experience with ease and grace!! If you have questions they wont hesitate to help. I came in today to replenish my supply of the Gravenstein balsamic vinegar, and noticed that they now carry cheeses from Wisconsin. I bought the "6 year aged Cheddar" block, and my goodness, it is absolutely divine. I was going to eat it with some crackers, but I think pairing it with some apples will be even better!
