I had an appointment at 5p for a rage room on Sunday. Confirmed with them when I booked 5p would be okay (hours currently as of making this day open till 8p). We got there and was confused on where to go so tried calling 3 times. No answer first 2 times third picked up and immediately hung up. We saw someone driving past and waved them down to ask if we were in the right spot. They were vendors at the common grounds and went in to check if they were open and if anyone was there. They found the business card which had a cell number. Which the vendor and I both tried to call and immediately went to voicemail. I also had messaged them on messenger and still have not heard back from them 30 minutes after the originally scheduled time. I am astounded at how unprofessional they were. They had a confirmed appointment and did not inform us the days hours would differ or that they would need to cancel it. Thankfully my friend and I that were going lived close but I hope no one who lives farther comes in an attempt to relieve stress or anxiety and have this same experience. I am incredibly disappointed in how this has turned out as this was what I and my friend had been looking forward to for the majority...
Read moreI would love to say that our family had an amazing time tonight at the rage room. Unfortunately I can't. Yes, the hours showed as "temporarily closed" on Google, but it would have been good if any one of four things would have happened: 1) a phone call or an email letting us know that they wouldn't be able to fulfill the booking, 2) an answering machine hooked up to the phone system that actually gave some info (nobody answered all day), 3) a social media post stating that something unforseen caused a closure, or 4) they shouldn't have taken the reservation at all if they weren't...
Read more10/10. Such an awesome time and worth every penny. Justin, the owner, took us for a walk around The Common Grounds warehouse so we knew where the restrooms were as well as the bar, coffee shop and etc. But the Rage Room and Axe Throwing itself was great! He provides all the safety equipment you need, and the bluetooth speaker so you can jam to whatever you want during your time. Surprised my boyfriend for his birthday, now we can't wait to come back & do the splatter paint with my son! I have to recommend coming early so you have time to enjoy the whole place too, or book an early time so you can hangout in The Common Grounds after..so much...
