Lager Heads Brewing Company & Tap Room — Restaurant in Medina

Ive lived in the area for less than a year and the past couple months have had a thing for trying out the local places when I go out on the town. Ive wanted to try this place and mention so everytime I go by it. Well Wednesday early evening I decided to act on that. All excited I walked in with my significant other, and my excitement quickly faded as I stood at the door for 5 mins. Multiple works looked at us and made eye contact.. but no one even as little as said hi, gestured at us, smiles at us, nothing. We just awkwardly stood there no knowing if it was self seat or what have you. So after 5 minutes I decided that was quite unpleasant and literally walked out the door, with again no one even making an effort to acknowledge us. Following which I sent to cin dees and had a much better experience. I read John Vilcheck review of Lager Heads and totally disagree with his low rating. We have been to Lager Heads many times (not just one visit) the food has always been outstanding, their pizza is second to none and is our favorite in the area by far. If you are on a gluten free diet, they have the best, you wouldn’t even know it was gluten free. The staff has always gave us great service and are very friendly. The beers are outstanding, especially the Lemon Made beer. It taste exactly how it is described. It is the best summer beer to drink. I recommend to John to request a free tasting of beer before ordering something you are unfamiliar with. The staff has always allowed us a sample before we order something we have never had before. A small group of friends decided to give lagerheads another try after our last poor experience 2 years ago. Unbeknownst to me we would be greeted by Carry the manager who deterred us from our last visit. We already knew this was going to go badly. She is very disrespectful and handles herself very unprofessionally. We as a group spend close to $600 per visit and our group does like to have a good time. We can be loud on occasion as we don't get together often, but are never out of line or inappropriate for a public gathering. Our group ordered 3 shots over 3 hours and were requested to cash out. If we were being too loud please have the courtesy to just ask us to be quiet and we would abide. Carry should not hold a manager title at your establishment as she drives your profits away. I would suggest a stern and positive conversation with her as she molds the young minds...
