Starbucks — Restaurant in Medina

I always get a coffee from here when I leave my Dr. Office 1x/mo. It’s my little treat to myself haha. Anyway, every single time I come to this location I’m always having to mix up the syrup flavor that’s just pumped into the cup. It’s never mixed up. Always a think nasty paste at the bottom. When I get home I mix it up but then my cold foam is all mixed in as well. And for me this ruins my drinking experience of all the flavors. If you’re making drinks at any food chain, it should be ready to drink. I shouldn’t have to wait for my entire 30 minute drive home, or ask for a stray, when I leave to mix it up myself. This store has got to have the laziest Starbucks workers I’ve ever seen. During the day when they aren’t busy they will turn the store into drive thru only and won’t accept in store purchases or pre order pick ups. Then at night they will flip it and close the drive thru early and make you come inside but still no preorder allowed on the app. Brunswick, Wadsworth or Strongsville stores never do this, only the Medina store does this. So inconvenient and frustrating and when you ask why it’s like that they have no answer. Pure laziness and a bad manager is what I think it is. I’m giving 5 stars to the employees who work here for busting their tails to accommodate huge influxes of people. But to Starbucks Corp, 0 stars. I was here a few weeks ago waiting for a mobile order and the mobile queue was absolutely insane. I’m talking 40,50, maybe even 60 slips came out in the time I stood there. I was ready to step back there and help them. I really think corp needs to support these stores and either auto turn off the queue, or give the team the power to do so. People over profits.
