Sunday 2/5/23 desperate to get headlight bulb replaced in my fiat! Went to Auto Zone asked for help and the gentleman there looked at my car and said he didn’t want to take a chance in replacing a bulb in my headlight! He told me to go Jiffylube it was closed! So I decided to try O’Reilly Auto Parts in Medway, I was greeted with a smile by this very nice young man Jacob, he more than willing to help me’ He went above and beyond to assist me, IN YHE COLD weather, not only did he replace one headlight bulb but both! I could barely get one replaced at Auto Zone! That said, thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism you Jacob, are the reason I will be back! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND O’Reilly Auto Parts -it was my 1st and BEST experience ever! Thank you Jacob, for your recommendation as well! My headlights are brighter than ever!

Really, that's how O'Reilly Auto Parts wants to great a customer? No, "Good afternoon" or "Welcome to O'Reilly's"??? I can think of a 1/2 dozen better ways to greet a customer then that. I called to find a viscous coupling for my 2011 honda cr-v and the store assoicate "mark" was incredibly rude, condescending, and told me to call back later.
