I just had such an excellent experience at this Old Navy that I just have to gush on google. The general manager (I believe her name is Sara) She has been with the company for 20 years and is just the sweetest so I am sure the employer knows exactly who she is.
I asked if she had any of my size of pants in and she was so kind and courteous and I felt that she genuinely wanted to help me find a pair of pants that fit me.
I have for the longest time avoided applying for a old navy credit card just due to the fact that I don't want to be incentivized to spend more money. The GM was so nice and courteous (unfortunately its very rare nowadays) that I applied for a credit card just because of how warm and welcoming she was.
Old Navy corporate office should give her a raise and she is doing a wonderful job at your establishment!
Also I must shout the cashier who was also so warm and welcoming and funny! I can't believe I got two warm and welcoming individuals in a corporate owned "race to the bottom" establishment.
The cashier's name I believe is Denna and she was fantastic and Old Navy Corp should also consider giving her a raise. She...
Read moreFor a store that’s marketed as affordable, I find their prices surprisingly high for the quality of the products. What really bothers me, though, is how disorganized the store often is. Clothes are frequently scattered across tables or hung haphazardly, making it difficult to find what I’m looking for. It creates a chaotic shopping experience that’s more frustrating than enjoyable.
Another issue is their misleading advertising. They’ll place signs with attractive prices on tables, but once you look closer, you realize that the discount only applies to select items. This bait-and-switch tactic feels deceptive and only adds to the overall confusion.
On the whole, shopping at Old Navy is more of a chore than anything else. The store’s cluttered environment, unclear pricing, and inconsistent product quality make it a place I’d rather avoid. I hope they consider improving these aspects, as it could make the shopping experience much...
Read moreI Went in to exchange items that my daughter was gifted for a birthday present from a family member who paid cash & lost receipt. They told me i would be able to receive a gift card & then proceeded to ring up item’s & after that they did they told me it was declined because it was flagged & I had returned to much stuff to old navy with a receipt which is not true because i have never returned anything at Old Navy I honestly dont shop here. I feel it was a Race thing because the white lady in front of me returned items & was handed a gift card with no issue. I have heard several bad things about this location about how they follow black people around who shop & that’s a reason why i stayed away. I called the 1800 number i was provided & they told me i should have been able to return it. Im getting mixed messages & i feel like i will never shop at this location or any...
