Everything about this white castle on lemay ferry rd. It's off 270 and lemay.exit ramp .. they ordered such wonderful people thru out the entire staff it doesn't what time of day I go the staff who works together daybor night they all have amazing team work ..I see them for maybe 5 min thru drive thru and if the staff working together did mesh well ...believe me it would show to every customer din in or drive thru .. and I just don't or haven't seen any thing but happy positive absolutely beautiful team work from all so.co.white castle crew . Thank you all for making this customer a welcomed customer and your friendly on the ball on top of your customer needs satisfaction guarantee work ethic makes my day brighter anytime I crave the white castle double slider w/cheese and extra pickle #2in the menu meal .. makes my meal taste even better then I already know it does. Thank you white castle crew in so.co.st.louis . Don't ever change who you are when that one person of complete ignorance to cover the rude hateful unnecessary attitude he/she may have at you . Just breath try to stay positive and with smile for other customers who isn't the one that treated you bad ... so far so great every drive thru I go thru most are friendly but you guys hands down know how to work it together for much better ...

I had a sore throat today and missed Thanksgiving Dinner at my cousins. Driving back from dropping my brother off, I passed a White Castle and decided to try the seasonal offerings.

I have loved White Castle since I was a kid. When I lived out in California, I missed WC, but was glad I could get the frozen burgers at my local store. That said, the food was just OK. The Sweet Potato Fries were nice and crispy when they first came out of the fryer but this didn't last as they cooled. The Bistro and Apple Butter Burgers were also best when they first came out.

Service was surprisingly slow for a day that wasn't very busy. I think the Team Members were distracted by the young woman who was carrying on an animated, but incomprehensible conversation with herself; and she didn't even have a cell phone. It's White Castle; you always seem to meet unusual people there.

I have never had a bad experience at this location to date. Occasionally the fries aren't as hot as they could be however this has only happened a couple times and it's when two a-holes both order slider cases back to back. So it's quite understandable and doesn't warrant a demotion of my 5 star rating. Most importantly the crew members are always friendly, they work efficiently, effectively and quickly. The food is always fresh. On a side note to corporate office: Why do you introduce a new item that the people love only to pull it from the menu a few months later? We want bacon cheese sliders full-time. We want fried pickles full-time. Not for an annual limited time. That's what we crave! Give the people what they want!! Seriously though, those bacon cheese sliders are the little heavenly burgers that dreams are made of. Ok, now I'm hungry. I'm headed to White Castles. See you soon. Well played Google...
