EVgo Charging Station — Local services in Mehlville

I drive a 2025 Rivian R1T. I have attempted to use this location for the past 8 months and have had 2 successful charges (out of over a dozen attempts) using the ultra fast 350kW charger. I have yet to get a charge from ANY of the other chargers. I have watched other drivers leave fed up due to issues. All the other chargers error out for various reasons.

I have reached out to EVgo and their support claimed no issues and could only tell me to try a different location. The handles on the ultra fast chargers are broken and when talking with support they said no issues with it as it doesn't hinder working performance.

Needless to say I recommend a different charger there are a group of EVgo on Watson that I recommend. Several charge points around the area as well...

You need to get the EVGo app to charge here and the app is pretty slow connecting to the chargers. 3 of the 6 plugs were out of service or not working, so we had to move spots. The parking arrangement is a little awkward. Once it finally got going it worked pretty well (70 kw/h at 100kw/h charger). Nice location for sure. It's been hard to find fast chargers in STL area in the past so we are glad it's here now. The price is a little higher at the chargers than it says on the app ($0.32/min vs $0.30/min). 4...

350 NOT working. both chargers on the 350 are non functioning. when I came only one said it was non functional but second only charged for 3 minutes before it said error due to low coolant for the chiller. the app says stop button was hit but that is not true Charged...
