Went with a friend this morning and ordered an iced caramel macchiato sub vanilla syrup for pumpkin. When I ordered, the pink haired woman laughed at me. She proceeded to talk down to me and tell the worker to just make me a pumpkin spice latte. She proceeded to ask how to spell my name and then told me that I was incorrect? I tried to correct her that I didn’t order a pumpkin spice latte but she put in the order as a pumpkin spice latte anyway. Then when my friend ordered the same thing she didn’t get to pay before the two started talking and giggling and she waited for a few minutes waiting to pay while the pink haired workers back was turned. Then while I had never received my food she handed my friend who has ordered minutes after me my sandwich saying “this one’s for you.” Before she had even paid. This was just not a great customer service experience for me and I don’t think anyone should be laughed at for ordering something that they like and then it not be made properly. Being ignored and belittled isn’t smthn that should be done when paying 14 dollars for a drink...
