My experience with 1-Tom-Plumber has been truly exceptional! We had a bit of a project that started with an emergency call on a holiday. I had the pleasure of working with Sean that day, I was all out of sorts as I know nothing about plumbing. Sean put my worries aside. He was professional, friendly and efficient in fixing our emergency. We then had Sean come back a few days later to give us a quote for a re-plumbing project and we got scheduled within 2 days! I then had the pleasure of working with Sean again, along with Brennan and Anthony that day. They were all so professional and kept me in the loop the entire time, which I certainly appreciated. Anthony assisted Sean and Brennan from inside our residence, while they were underneath doing the re-plumbing. Anthony was courteous and respectful within our home, and answered any questions I had while they were working.

We then had another plumbing issue that was unrelated to the re-plumbing work, and Harold came out on a Friday. Harold was so meticulous and detailed in diagnosing what our plumbing problem could be caused by. He was able to provide us with a temporary solution until our next appointment to resolve the issue. Again, Harold was so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It showed that he wanted to make sure we were squared away for the weekend before he left our residence.

Now for the next project: Ed came out with a welcoming handshake and friendly smile. He explained the work that they were going to do in detail and kept me informed throughout the process. Anthony was along for this project as well, so it was nice to see a familiar face.

I'm never one to write reviews. I’ve also called the office to relay my gratitude and appreciation for the technicians that have helped us out. The office staff is wonderful, Michelle and Jessica provided great customer service! Two thumbs up and 5 stars! I highly recommend...

Sorry I write so much but reviews to me are so important.

So for several years we have had issues with the toilets clogging. I have had other companies out and they always agree with my thought that it is because I have 5 kids. Today the kids came home from school and back 2 back 2 back they all run in and out of the bathroom. Well of course it clogs. My wife didn’t tell me because I get frustrated so she tried to solve the problem. Once I knew, I tried for an hour to get it because like most, I can’t afford this mess. Anyway I won’t say who but I called an emergency “rooter” company and they said a tech was 45m out. Then I got told later he cancelled but another tech was coming. Well later that one got cancelled as well. By the time it was all said and done, another hour without plumbing had gone by. Long story made longer, I called 1 Tom due to the reviews. Well the lady on the phone was easy to chat with even though my anxiety was peaked and they got someone out to my house I’d say in 30 minutes. It was quick. From the start Sean was good people. This is nothing like previous experiences. He went straight to the problem after I explained everything. Within no time he had my hopes up when he cleared the line and water immediately drained. Unfortunately though, our pipes have roots growing through them. Although I am really upset about this I’m thankful he found it so quickly. For years I’ve been blaming my kids. Even my 8 year old says, “I just use 1 square.” At least now we finally know the reason this continues to happen to us every few months. Normally I can fix it myself but it’s all just temporary until it gets like it did today. Very happy and thankful for Sean and 1 Tom. Looking forward to getting all this fixed up soon (he’s hoping tomorrow.) I will never call anyone else for my plumbing needs....

Brenen Clemans is an expert plumber working for 1 Tom Pluming in Melbourne Fl. This is a fairly new plumbing company in our area and let me tell you they are OUTSTANDING! He explained the problem and showed us on camera all the problem areas.

Brenen Clemans in particular diagnosed our home, finding all the problem areas. In my over 20 years at my house he is the first to do such a fantastic thorough job. Replacing the main drain line and connecting pipes. They removed and replaced the old bath tub in no time. This is not easy work, it's probably the Hardest work of all jobs! They are GREAT at what they do, just FANTASTIC!!!

I have heard horror stories about these kinds of jobs, how messy it can be. These guys worked so clean and tidy it was VERY AMAZING to us.

His team cut through the tile and concrete, replacing all the bad pipes. We covered everything but there was barely any dust, they did such a clean straight cut and EXCELLENT job. I really expected a mess, they worked so clean I was pleasantly surprised! VERY VERY GREATFUL for these brilliant workers.

My husband and I are extremely impressed with their expertise and professional workmanship. I just cannot say enough great things about Brenen and his team members. They all worked together seamlessly to get the job done. The Office Staff and notary Lady were all very pleasant and kind. It's one of the worst problems you can experience so it means alot to speak to such kind and caring staff like they have. Very very patient and caring staff all of them!
