Ignored by bartenders. Other parties showed up after us and got their food before us. Our wings were sitting out and got cold. Asked for a bag and got told "I'm busy" by the short blonde girl. Asked the acting manager(another short blond or redhead) She said "okay" and literally never made one attempt to get a bag. She also was rude to the customer next to me at the bar when he said he had gotten blackened wings. She butted in our conversation and said "I'm the manager and we don't do that! Not sure how you got that!". Ignored by the brunnette or black hair girl with tattoos when I asked her for service, She was too busy doing something personal to care behind the register. My sister in law ended up getting frustrated and went behind the counter and grabbed bags. All the staff watched her and did nothing about a customer going behind the bar.

Literally entire staff after 6pm on Thursday needs re-training or to be fired!

Only good employee was the skinny busser kid with glasses and he can only do so much to help customers.

Oh...and the bathroom floor was literally covered in urine. So much that the floor made splash sounds when you made a step.

Never got this trash service at the former location!

Jan update: Always good to give a business a second chance in case of a bad day. My second visit was great. The staff was very attentive. The food was really good and the football games were exciting to watch. Must have been a new staff since this is a 180° turnaround from my first visit for sure. I take back everything I said and really enjoyed this place.

CRAZY TO GO HERE. Went to watch football on Sunday. Walked in and sat down. No server for 15 minutes. Went up to bar to order a beer from staff sitting around. Beer never came to me. Went up to order wings. Finally came. Never had server come to table to ask me if I wanted a second beer. Had to go to them for check and leave. WORST SERVICE EVER WITH STAFF JUST STANDING BY KITCHEN BS’ing. Business must be so good that they don’t need to sell beer or food. Hope the owner is happy with paying employees to stand around and...

This local watering hole isn't for new comers, outsiders, or someone looking for a margarita. The food quality used to be better. The bartenders are only sincerely nice to the regulars and barely give you the time of day if you're a woman. I've visited this place several times for the last 15 yrs and I'm disappointed at how far its come. My final complaint is that they UP CHARGED me 20% for getting my food as a pick up!!!!! That is not ok by any means. It wasn't delivered, nor is it sprinkled with gold flakes, so why did I get up charged?!?!?! Just uncool and unprofessional in my opinion. If you're trying to get people back inside to eat and drink, maybe you should change the place up a little and come up with new events. Good...
