Just had one of the most disgusting experiences in my fast food ordering history. Had been a customer at this store for over 5 years. Two of the store associates present around 07:30 PM Sunday September 24th 2017 were extremely rude and lacked basic customer service training. One of the most petty situations turned idiotic and blew out of proportion in no time. Never thought I would write a review on such a small issue but I have to as the store needs to train their employees better and be more thorough in their hiring process, not hiring illiterates/shady people who want to make money putting in zero effort.
I am usually a very reasonable man while ordering food tipping when I can and am especially courteous to blue-collar workers as I have been one and can understand their struggle. However, these two store reps and the customer behind me did not make this a pleasant ordering experience for me at all, hence the half hour of effort to write this review.
Here is what happened, they were out of one of the breads, so I ordered a different one. While the rep was about to prepare/cut the bread I saw a 6" piece of bread that I originally wanted to order hence I requested the associate if she could accommodate, i.e. taking half the bread from my foot long and replacing it with the one I wanted. The associate very rudely said no. Upon inquiring he said he would charge me more calling it two orders. I then asked him about the complaint box in the store where I could leave a note to the store owner/manager letting him/her know that they should accommodate in situations like these. The male rep said there wasn't one in the store and that I could do that online in a very sarcastic tone. The customer behind me started passing remarks while my order was still being made and the reps jumped in commenting. I told them to keep quiet and prepare my order. The customer behind me kept passing remarks and I told him to shut up and order when its his turn. I paid my order and left. While I was still in the car writing my complaint online as the situation had escalated to more than being rude, the same customer in line sat in his car, reversed his car close to mine and started burning tire. I reversed quickly as a stone and few granular stones hit my car. While I was reversing he ran away. I then pulled my car back in a parking spot writing the complaint. Within 5-10 minutes, the cops came by inquiring. I told them what had happened. They went inside and then told me to leave as the store employees had complained about me for trespassing. I showed the cops my phone that I was submitting the complaint while parked at the store. He said it would be better to do it at home and next morning contact the store manager if I wanted to, upon which I left.
Will never come back to this store again, will make sure I complain upto the corporate, and also spread the word. I need the store owner to call me and apologize for this insolence. I have already submitted an online complaint with the store number and entered my contact...

I have a special-needs son who is extremely particular about what he eats, he loves to have a plain cheese sandwich from Subway. Literally three slices of American cheese on a 12 inch roll. That is it. No meats, no lettuce or condiments. Just bread with 3 slices of cheese on top. We have been getting this sandwich for years, and I think I’ve been to every location in the Palm Bay/Melbourne area. Every single location charges me for a 6 inch veggie delight, simply because they do not have a button for a plain cheese sandwich. And, to charge $8 for a bread and cheese is just ridiculous, and EVERY locational has done this for us for YEARS. Until today. NOT MIKE. As I stand there with my son.. the cashier said she had to ask, so she asked, and he said no. She made sure it was clear, this is just a piece of bread with an apple slices of cheese, the kid wants nothing else on it. He said, They are paying for the bread and if they are getting 12 inch, they are paying for a full veggie delight hoagie. I looked at the man straight in the face, and he would not even look at me. That alone, tells me he knew what he was doing was just plain wrong, and in times like these, to charge a single mother with a little boy for a full veggie delight 12 inch hoagie, when all the kid won it was a cheese sandwich? Mike, karma is all I have to say to you. Those who do good, get good. I will be sending a copy of this review to head office of subway, just so they know the attitude of the man running their store, and that he didn’t even have the decency to acknowledge me, look at me, thank me or waves goodbye. Maybe even an apology that he couldn’t accommodate me, would’ve made me feel even a little bit better. But the pure ignorance of this man was like his aura. You could feel it.. Read moreThe young lady who took my order was clueless. I told her exactly what I wanted a #11 Subway club on wheat. She was putting the meat on it & I asked where the roast beef was. She said it doesn't come with roast beef. I then noticed she was preparing bacon. I asked her about & she said it comes on your sandwich. She said I ordered the all American club #10. I said that I didn't & apologized. She put the roast beef on it & then asked me about what vegetables I wanted. I've never had a Subway sub that was so stingy with vegetables. The best had to be that she was very confused when making change. I had a coupon so my sub came to $7.48. I gave her. $10.48. She kept looking at what I gave her & counting the change. Finally she started to hand me my change. $2.52. I told her what I gave her & she just couldn't understand. She said that was the amount the register said she owed me. She called the manager over & he explained it to her & to give me $3.00 back. She said the register is going to be off. He told it would be fine. Unbelievable. When I got home we had our sub. Very sparce on veggies & it was on white bread. At that point it wasn't worth the effort to call or go back since it would be too far. I have never had that much trouble with an order...
