They are horrible businessppl...I came to the store and bought multiple things spent a good $50, among them were earrings so, the earrings were behind the counter so I had to point to the ones I wanted...so long story short they gave me the wrong earrings i did not check the earrings, they just put them in the bag so after realizing that the earrings were MISMATCHED I brought them back and was not allowed to exchange them or given my money back. I DID NOT TRY THEM ON NOR OPEN THE PACKAGING.Because of their little wack final sale on jewelry policy. I had come to that store many a time.Never had to return things before. I just think if u want good customers in your store to keep coming and spending with u that they[the asian workers] the least they can do is respond fairly to respectful customers. I only needed the match to the earring I chose. likewise giving me mismatching earrings and not at the least offering exchanging for a matching pair is robbery I don't care if they was fake and cheap I could have kept that money plus your tone was judgemental and rude and dismissive n just shows u how racist asian people can be towards blacks.Not all black ppl are trying to get over or rob yall.DISRESPECTFUL,STEREOTYPICAL.DO NOT SHOP THERE!!THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY,WONT EXCHANGE AND SELL...

No refund or exchange on a contaminated product of Palmers Olive Butter Lotion that obviously had different colored grainy substances inside the bottle. No I couldn't find that small cheap receipt but you should have honored your contaminated product that was in the same bag that was given to me when purchased. Rude, and Racist. Do not shop here, the owner talk to people disrespectful and very judgemental. I went to shop for items that i knew nothing about and the lady was so rude, loud, and ugly towards me. When I tried to talk to her asking why the rude attitude; she ordered me out the store because she refused to service me. It's ridiculous for the inconvenience and they don't deserve any of the community money to support their needs...
