So I just left Checkers here on Mount Moriah. Placing my order was a breeze. The clerk was very kind and professional. Customer Service was extraordinarily impressive. He was amazing. BUT..... I get to the window to pay and obtain my order. There was an older guy in the window. I'm a Germ-Phobe and I am a 30+ year Customer Service Personnel. This guy, wiped his face with his left hand, picked up my cup, with his right, swiped my card with the right hand, sat down my card and proceeded to fix my Strawberry Fanta. He then picked my cup up, without any hand coverings, reached down with my cup and scooped out ice. He then put his two fingers inside of the rim of my cup and pushed the soda dispenser, I, frantically, asked him "Please stop, change my cup. He asked me "What did I do?" I respond "Sir, You unknowingly put your two fingers in my cup while u were dispensing Strawberry soda" This man, had the audacity to close the window in my face. Lol. The poor choice of judgement as well as incompetent customer service was hilarious. #1 I do not like drive thru windows but Checkers has always been my late night preference. #2. If I pay any money on anything, especially food, oh believe me, I'm watching for any mistakes, mishaps and pray for no misunderstandings. No hair net over the ice cooler. Hair in a ponytail and no hair net. Then, he gets my food from the guy, and pushes it out the window to me. Like wow. To mistreat me because your fingernails are dark, is really appealing. I've never ever had this type of foolishness to take place. As a former Health Inspector, this is totally unacceptable. And to treat me, outside of kind, was a very very poor sense of intelligence.    Read moreI understand that people make mistakes. I did online order,, so there was no listening issues. Ordered a Burford no cheese, no mustard extra onions. I could feel it was a bit cold. Ok. Whatever. I drive 10 minutes home see that it is a Burford with everything. Drive back, sat in drive thru for 10 minutes no answer. I drive up to the window. They not even look. I give my order again, exactly same wrong again. I park my car go to window, ask for a manager. Young aa guy tall, maybe 25. I tell them you make exactly the same wrong. I ask to speak to mgr. He said he was. This was the same guy who was flirting with a girl who was dancing. His shirt was wrinkled and filthy. I see a older 55 year old aa women who was obviously the manager.she wouldn't talk. Two other people in drive thru behind me because their order wrong. The general mgr of this store has 24 hours to answer this. My order 8:11 got my food at 8:58. It was COLD. I will be going to yum and corporate. I will stand in front of this location with a sign. I don't think I have ever been this upset at a fast food place. They had at least 5 employees who we just standing around, except for a white hair old man, busting his butt. I ask for gm name big boy refused. I will come back Wednesday and stand in front of that window and wait for that rude lazy so called mgr. I will stand their for hours until hat big head fool comes outside and apologizes.

Took the female 15 mins just to come to speaker and tell us to âhold onâ, as if we werenât already impatiently waiting. We sat in line for more than 30-40mins for no one to take our order (location: Mt. Moriah and ridgeway). While we were waiting in line we saw a young girl in club like attire (underwear like shorts/skirt) run into the side of the building and never came out. We noticed no other orders were taken after she went into the building. The additional line has customers and they werenât being serviced! All we wanted to order was some fries and witnessed 10 people leave behind us and we wouldâve left but the cars behind us and one car in front of us had us blocked in! Even once the car in front of us left, no one still took order. No one came to the speaker to say a word! No apologies, no remorse, blatant disrespect! When we drove past the drive-thru window we saw a man cooking food but Question: Who you cooking for if you not taking anyoneâs order?!?! This is the worst fast food experience Iâve ever had in the history of fast food. This location wouldâve been better off closed because the lack of customer service and the disrespect...
