Umansky Maserati — Local services in Memphis

This place is the worst dealership in Memphis, Tn !!! I would never purchase another car from them again. Id rather use a Maserati dealer from another state. Ever since the old mangers left , the new guy Brian has been nothing but a problem. He never answers his phone, he don’t respond to emails either. Long story short, if you are not “Caucasian”, I’m sure you won’t be treated fairly. I’m not sure why Aaron and Scott left but they were the best thing that happened to this dealership, Arron was fair and friendly. He treated everyone the same and with respect; regardless of race. Brian is the reason a lot of businesses are closing now days. He won’t help you get financing (with my 725 credit score), nor does he follow up when he says he will. I went to him to upgrade my 2018 Maserti and he blankly told me theres nothing he could do. But the car came from Maserti and that’s not what I was told when I purchased it. I was told Maserti would buy the car back, so I could upgrade to a newer model and now they are offering me less them KKB which is unheard of. If you don’t like your job Brian, let someone’ else have it. And Poor Jackson, he just goes along with whatever Brian says, and unfortunately he didn’t behave this way previously. This behavior is unacceptable from a high end dealership; and I bet they are losing money now because I’m sure others have been treated the same. So beware before purchasing from here !!! I had a recall on my Alfa Romeo and living in Mississippi the closest place to take it is Umansky Maserati in Memphis TN so it had to be towed. I was in contact with Scott Long from the minute my vehicle left my house as well as when he received it at Umansky, he offered to do an oil change while it was there and he let me know step by step where they were on getting my car taken care of and when I would get my car back. Amazingly my car wasn't scheduled until the next day but Scott got my car in same day, took care of my car, stayed late waiting on the tow truck driver to pick it up and I was able to get my car returned to me the same day thanks to him. my review is solely for service. brandon willioughby the certified service manager is EXCEPTIONAL to say the least. very patient, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy. each time i visit maserati for my annual service brandon meets me at the car with a reassuring smile and tag for check in. he goes above over and beyond to ensure that you know every detail about the service you will receive, from cost estimates to wait time. all as a SiNGLE manger of operations. he deserves an executive salary just for customer service. i always get all of my needs met and car wash whenever time permits. thank you brandon for being the gem at maserati that keeps me coming back. you should conduct a service operations course for other...
