Great Wall — Restaurant in Memphis

Ordered through Bitesquad. When the food got here (20 minutes late) the guy mentioned that when he picked it up that it had leaked on the bag, but when he mentioned it to the lady who gave it to him she told him it was okay and she wouldn't do anything about it. When we opened it up we saw that 1/3 of the soup had spilled out into the bag because the lid was not properly put on. I called in to have a new soup sent and they refused. Refused to refund the amount. Hung up in my face multiple times. I have warned all my coworkers away since it was so close we used to eat there often. I had to edit this and remove the stars. The first time was good, but it's been a hot mess since then. Ordered through DoorDash. Incident 1: Ordered 3 plates, only got one and had to go to the restaurant and get the rest. Incident 2: Never got the food. They said someone stole it. Ordered delivery totaling $67.00 dollars. Semi truck driver with trailer and can’t move from my parked spot. The restaurant is 1.5 mile to where I was, but Door Dash driver was 20 minutes late. I didn’t receive the egg rolls order and texted the Driver about it missing. No response. Called the restaurant and it was closed for the night. Food portions were generous, but those egg rolls would’ve made it all complete. Damn...
