The manager (I am assuming based on his uniform) was EXTREMELY rude. When I pulled to speaker to give my name for the mobile order he was real quick to just say come around. I wanted to inform no ice on the drink since you can't on the app. At the window it got worse. He opened window and handed me my drink which was dripping with soda off top and sides. He immediately asked me to move forward to a pole and closed the window. I waited and asked if he could wipe my cup off. He took it and again very quickly closed the window when I wanted to request condiments. Finally after realizing I had not pulled up he opened the window again and rudely said can you pull up to the bar. I made him aware that he needed to be more patient. There was no one else in driveway before or after me and the lot was scarce. Once my order was brought to the pole he did not have my drink and after looking in the bag, my condiments weren't correct. I parked and went in at this point to get correct condiments and my drink that he was bringing back out. He hands me my drink and again, soda is all over sides and top. I looked for napkins in the lobby but there were none. I did not even engage the manager at this point to ask if it could be wiped off. Instead, i held it away frim my body to avoid it dripping on my work clothes. There was one family in the restaurant at the counter. This was horrible service. Read moreI was at this burger on August 6, 2021, at roughly 3 PM. I placed my order via drive-thru. I order four Oreo milkshakes, a large order of onion rings, and I had a $3 coupon for chicken fries and a large fry. When I arrived at the payment/pickup window, I handed the young lady my debit card. After payment, she asked me to back up, and she would tell me where to stop. Initially, I thought it was some prank, but I backed up anyway. After about five minutes, I pulled back to the window. She told me that I pulled up too soon and I needed to back up again. I backed up. She then flagged me to pick up my food. While at the window, I proceeded to check my food. I asked for ketchup. She said it is already in the bag. I asked for dipping sauce and onion ring sauce. The young lady was so rude that it caught me off guard. She told me to pull up and check my bag and stated with so much attitude, "You already have me in the red." Later that evening, the milkshake that she served me made me sick. This experience was beyond unbelievable made me sick! She was more concerned about her service being expeditious than the people she signed up to serve. Read moreWent to drive-thru (inside closed) ordered two bacon cheeseburgers and an order of fries. After paying, the cashier told me to pull into a parking space and my food would be brought out to me. Well, the runner stood at the doorway of the restaurant and extended the bag as if to say, "Cone get it."
I pulled as close as I could (other cars are still coming through the drive-thru) and the runner hands me the bag and runs back toward the door, but I notice immediately the fries are missing. I yell out to her that the fries are missing. She says ok. While she's getting the fries, I check the burgers and they don't have extra onion as requested.
When the runner returns with the fries, I tell her my burgers are missing the onions. Do you know this lady told me that I would have to go back through the drive-thru line to get the onions THEY forgot to put on my burger, after I'd already been waiting on the order in a parking space???
