Dillard's — Local services in Memphis

I hope this gets the attention of someone in the corporate sector of Dillard’s.

Today, I received impeccable customer service, from your remarkable, associate, Bernie.

This was my first time being fitted in the intimates dept for an upcoming wedding.

With Bernie’s knowledge, professionalism and compassion for helping her customers; this changed a daunting task — into the EASIEST task, on my mile long to-do list.

I hope she is commended properly for her leadership, hospitality, product knowledge, product recommendation, and overall customer service skills, she exuded today.

It is my recommendation, that she is placed in a training or leadership position. If other associates were trained to be of her caliber, Dillard’s would certainly reap the benefits.

Thank you Dillard’s and Thank you Bernie; I have all that I need to make my adoptive Mother’s wedding a memorable one.

It was close to closing time on July 4th. I was in need of a pair if athletic shoes for work. I'm a travel nurse and forgot mine at home 143 miles away. My shift starts in a. Hour. I have on church shoes. I go to the finish line, the salesman not only ignored me. When I asked to see a pair of shoes, he Rudely said no. He then said he is about to close soon. I walked back through Dillard's. It is now 6:05pm, closing time on a holiday right? Wrong I saw a pair if shoes. The salesman asked what size. I said, aren't you closed? Always primo quality, I needed new sheets, pillows, comforters...the works for 2 rooms in my home. I ran into 2 of the nicest ladies that helped me. The sweetest lady, Elsie, would not quit until she had it ALL pulled together for me. Her manager, Katy, stepped in when asked and pulled things from different spots in the department. Yes, it took a while, but we finally gathered rugs, towels, literally the works, together! I got it home and not ONE thing needed to go back! Thank goodness! Thanks ladies for the good taste and the sweet nature in which you did your jobs! I WILL go back to Dillards, because...
