Steak Escape — Restaurant in Memphis

DONT eat here they have ROACHES!!!!! I went to the mall today just to get a Philly sub, I started to place my order with the same Asian lady that's worked there for years. As I was placing my order a HUGE roach (not water bug) but ROACH came from behind the counter and the cashier tried to catch it but she missed and it fell on the floor almost hitting my foot. I jumped back in awe when I realized it was a ROACH and the lady looked me dead in my eyes and ask if I wanted everything on the sandwich that i was ordering as if it was normal🤮 I looked at her and said " you can keep it, all of it" I won't be eating there OR at any of the restaurants in the Wolfchase Mall Food Court because if one restaurant has ROACHES they ALL have them!!!!! It's a open buffet for the ROACHES. I'm going to leave this same review on channel 5 website in hopes that they do a food review because that was DISGUSTING and unacceptable!!! I ordered a veggie philly the same way I have for the past four years at this location. I saw the cool making a philly with meat and asked if the order was for someone else in which he nodded yes. The guy who puts the mayo on asked what I wanted in the sandwich. I told him it wasn’t mine and I ordered a veggie sandwich. He asked twice for confirmation and then angrily asked why would I want that and tried to stir up an argument. After I explained that I wasn’t going to go back and forth with him and he had the option to either make my sandwich correctly before I accepted it or he could give me a refund. He went on a huge rant to justify why he felt he should have an attitude. I tried to maintain composure but the rudeness and attitude of their employee was ridiculous. I ordered my sandwich and asked for no mushrooms. The cook made sandwich with mushrooms and when I corrected him instead of making me a new sandwich he decided remove the mushrooms and half of the other ingredients of my sandwich with the mushrooms. Carlos Zarate (the manager) did NOTHING and never corrected him so I asked for a refund. Carlos then decides to go back and forth with me because i asked him why he didn't step in and correct his employee. And he also tried to refuse to give me a refund and said he would give it to me when he felt like it, but after I told him if I don't have food or a refund then you're robbing me and I will call the police he quickly refunded my money.
