My 95 year old Mother in law wanted to buy herself a new firm mattress and box springs to better support her back and hips and promote a more restful sleep. A mattress with a sturdy side that would not collapse from sliding off the bed as she gets up during the night and takes bed rest during the day. Your store on Stage Road was clean, neatly arranged and displayed informally. The young man that greeted us at the door was friendly and well spoken. He answered all of Ms Davis’s questions and offered well appreciated information about the ins and outs of mattress shopping. After laying on 4 different styles and brands, she made her choice. Jacob got all her necessary info for the sell and delivery. He also took the time to share his joy of learning from his elders by asking Ms Nadine about her life. They talked about her deceased husband who was a Pearl Harbor survivor and that her birthday was December 7, 1925. He asked about how they met and what they enjoyed about each other. She beamed talking about the love of her life. All in all she was a happy customer. My compliments to Mattress Firm and it’s employee. It was not the cheapest, and it certainly was not the most expensive.
