If I give them 0 stars I would definitely do, I had to deal with 2 ladies .. one of them named Beth, idk about the other lady name,, anyways, went to the store few weeks ago with 2 gold rings, I asked them to be tested cause I needed to know what karate they are and we would go from there plus all parties be on the safe side, the 1st lady got them tested the wrong way .. she wasnt using the machine the way it was supposed to be used then she said i wasnt trained on this machine yet , then she asked beath help , the 1st lady said the rings not gold (just by looking at them ) but I insisted on getting them tested due to being on the safe side when selling the rings to them, after that Beth came and got the tested it turned out that they indeed 12k gold but still, they tried to tell me that their machine isn't very accurate and my rings don't feel like gold and to prove me wrong they decided to get their own 14k rings tested, so they got their own rings tested and it showed that the machine is indeed accurate, but they just wanted to play dumb with me.. after that when I asked if they can buy them, they said yes .. then they got their defective weight scale .. put the rings on it and it wasn't reading at all, both ladies were like " oh they very light that the weight scale won't even able to weigh them " I told them your weight scale is defective and doesn't work, they repeated themselves by saying that the rings are too light .. once they saw that I'm not buying their lie they weighted their 14k rings and boom it didn't weigh them ... I laughed and said your weight scale doesn't work my rings are fine .. then Beth said even at this point we can't do anything since the weight scale is defective .. I smiled cause they had another weight scale on the other desk .. but they kept lying ... thats unprofessional at all ....... the funny thing is that past visit was actually my 2nd visit regarding the same rings, not my 1st , on my 1st visit the rings weighted 2.5 gram and they gave me an estimate price of $95 , after I made up my mind with my husband and wanted to sell them, went back again for the 2nd visit mentioned above and that's when they acted like unprofessional sales women, they could've easily said that they don't buy gold instead of making drama...

I have always loved buying my jewelry from Reeds. Just recently have I experienced something not so great! I had a beautiful set of princess cut diamond earrings. My husband bought them (plus lifetime warranty) for our second valentines after getting married 15 years ago next month. I wore those earrings daily. Only took them out to clean and inspect occasionally. And they went right back in my ears (2nd piercing on ear)

Couple of weeks ago, one of them fell out somehow and I can’t find it anywhere. My husband inquired about the warranty and they say it doesn’t cover it. I cried for days! It was the first and only set of diamond earrings I have ever owned and now I only have one. My heart has been in pieces as I now walk everywhere with my eyes to the ground just hoping I come across it. I wish the warranty covered lost items. Especially if a claim has never been made since my husband started buying all of jewelry from...
