I went here tonight as I am from out of town and my finance lives here and decided to get Chipotle. I had my stepson with me, and I ordered food for me and my fiancé and left. My order was chicken on the side as I always do at any chipotle I go to. I leave there and get home with my stepson and pull out the food from the bag. To my surprise I notice that the chicken they put in a cup was not put in my bag. I immediately went to my car to check if it had rolled out the bag and saw it wasn't there. I then drove back to the restaurant with the food they gave me untouched and went inside with my bowl that was incorrect just to show them It was untouched. Once inside I got to the counter with my concerns and the employees become rude with my concerns and yell at me to go to the back of the line to remake my order, they got wrong...not me. I'm pregnant and dealing with unnecessary stress from all of this and I go to the back of the line after disbelief of how they were treating this situation. I get to the front and Emani tells me they still have the charge me for the chicken that they left out my bag and caused me to come all the way back to the store in stress for. She then threatens me if I don't pay the $2.00 for the side of chicken they left off, I can't have my food. She then grabs my food and throws in the back keeping it away from me. Can y'all believe this? The food I paid over $20 for and had to come all the way back to this store to because they left the side of chicken out the bag to which they admitted they did on accident. Now I'm getting threatened for to pay or I get nothing? Keep in mind I had already paid for my food that I brought back for them to see, and they were simply remaking it. So, you basically were stealing food from me that I had already paid for? I felt discriminated against and embarrassed as people looked on to my situation the employees were laughing at me and this put me under so much stress, and I am pregnant, and my fiancé is in the military, so I was trying to get back home before he came home from work with his food. The whole situation was embarrassing and sad. I have never been treated this way, and I called the customer support line and made a complaint tonight. Read moreI ordered a burrito bowl thru Uber Eats… it was disgusting. I paid extra for chicken and steak. No chicken to be found and one big piece of beef that was mostly fat. I paid extra for queso… no queso at all… almost no fajita veg… just a few little pieces. Mostly wht rice and beans. I paid over $20 for the bowl alone… disgusting and I fed it to my dog… he liked it. It’s sad when employees, including mgt could care so little for their customers. Service does not exist anymore… we do not take care of each other anymore. I am a rest mgr here in memphis and I make it a point to ensure that guests receive excellent service. Whoever made my bowl last nite should be fired and if I could I’d fire the mgr too… there is no way someone didn’t know that they were making and providing subpar product, yet charging a patron high end prices. Chipotle will be out of business inside of the next 7 years and this is why… cutting corners, lazy employees who lack respect, and zero attention to detail shown by mgr. the level of quality has drastically lowered since Chipotle’s beginning. I placed an order with doordash a chicken burrito rice fajita veggies corn salsa red salsa sour cream and cheese and ordered a Carnitas Bowl with rice pinto beans mild salsa corn salsa and large chips and guacamole and extra bag of chips this was my first order. When I got the doordash delivery I had somebody else's order in my bag not what I ordered at all so I contacted doordash they gave me a credit and I replaced my order same order the chicken burrito Carnitas Bowl but this time chips and queso and a side of guacamole. What I received was a chicken bowl not burrito and a steak quesadilla with a bunch of sides no chips no queso no guacamole contact doordash again and just got my money back. I worked for Chipotle way back in the day now when you call the restaurant you can't even speak to anyone so called and spoke to someone at customer service and was told a manager would reach out to me it's just unreal that within the same night I got two totally different orders that I did not order my son is lactose intolerant and couldn't even eat anything that they...
