This company owns a series of claw machines in the area. The Tech watched me spend $7 trying to win a small worthless prize and it was obviously rigged where you can’t win. I then offered to just buy one of the prizes for another $5 since he had the machine open after I played for repairs. He very rudely said no and didn’t offer to refund me after watching the machine malfunction. This company may be fine but they need to part ways with the Tech that services Rolling Thunder Lanes...
