I came in to the location, trying to learn more about my vehicle and empower myself and become more self sufficient in this area. My boyfriend gave me some basic instructions and remained in the car with my daughter while I went inside my side to purchase some new wiper blades. I explained that he was waiting outside with her and if they were the wrong ones if I could exchange them. I was then told that if he was going to be that picky he needed to come in himself that he wasn’t going to sell them to me just to maybe have them exchanged 3 mins later. So I walked out to my car handed him my card and explained that he refused to sell them to me since I wasn’t competent in what I wanted. People wonder why so many woman struggle with vehicle knowledge, not all but many. I shouldn’t go in trying to learn to be treated like this. This mans name tag said manager on it as well, what kind of manager would treat someone like that. After they were purchased a different manager came out to install them, and never mentioned anything no apology nothing for the way I was talked to. Absolutely unexceptionable, I will not be returning to this store ever, I want to go somewhere where I can be treated like a...
Read moreI still give it 4 stars , I've always had pretty good luck with Auto Zone but lately its just been slipping. Ive gone through thermostats along with a hand tool i tried to warranty and got alot less quality part, but in Auto Zones defense their quality guy or the guy at headquarters did email me and wanted to rectify the situation but i lost the email and never did know who to call, so that was my fault. and at times the employees just are robotic and ya try to crack a little joke and they just seem stoic. And its not just Auto Zone either, its everywhere ya go. People are in too much of a hurry that we are running with blinders and are missing the enjoyment and the good conversation life has to offer us. So to Auto Zone, my apologies for going off on a little bit of a tangent on your site. But in the meantime, smile smile smile and wish that stranger you don't know...
Read moreI was served by a wonderful young man by the name of Montana today. He helped me enormously and was a polite and respectful employee. I asked if he would fit the windshield wipers for me and he agreed without hesitation. While he was fixing them to my car he asked if I wanted him to replace the headlight bulb I had also purchased. I said it wasn't an easy job but he said it was OK and so I let him try. He fixed it in place with no problem to my amazement because in the past I and others had always found it a long, laborious problem. What a guy! I hope he gets some kind of recognition and perhaps reward for being the kind of employee you always want to encounter but rarely do. I hope he's there the next time I...
