I called. Was told there was a unlocked phone. After coming in and being helped by this lady I never would return or suggest this place. My first visit. The woman assures me the phone is unlocked. She can not get the old sim card out. Knowing what I am doing I suggested letting me try. She claims that I am not allowed to touch any property. She says if I break it I buy it. I replied if you break it I wont be able to buy it. She claims to have to run into the back for help. At the counter she forgets the phone charger. Come to find out each piece is to another high priced item. She keeps my charger then? I also wanted a battery charger. Once again takes my charger talking obsurd. After purchasing the locked phone, I call the company for my phone to be activated, the phone is locked. So, I wait and she once again plays with the phone and says I'm just going to give you all your money back. I pawned a ring that was 600 for 35. Right?? What money?? I says I was told I could unlock it possibly. She once again takes the phone in the back and now my factory reset phone has a password and I cant get in it. She now says I will give you in store credit only. What in the?? You said it was unlocked and it's not. You ended up with both chargers to my devices. You have my ring now and I was supposed to have it back. Give me my money back, now in store. Apparently ghosts made a password too. Very displeased by the service and quality of work. Wrong, wrong, wrong. Answering phone calls while handling me. I feel discriminated almost, and very very mad. I will be spreading my story. I hope she gets fired and you can work harder on product knowledge and...

I have been a customer of this pawn shop for many years. I have never went away unsatisfied especially with their customer service. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. They have always helped me, and they did it with excellence. I have visited other pawn shops in the Valley, but the last couple of years I exclusively come to Fast and Easy Pawn in Menasha. When you go there ask for Nelson, he is awesome to work with. I enjoy spending time with him he is knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. I will continue to be a customer as long as management, staff and purchasing policies stay the same. This is really a great group of people that work there and I will drive past another pawn shop to do business with them. I’ve been going to this pawn shop for the last 4 years. Every time I go, doesn’t matter if I’m buying, pawning, or selling the staff have always been friendly and helpful. They’ve always treated me good. It’s not like what you find at a big brand Pawn Shop. Your not just another customer. If I’m buying I leave feeling like I got a good deal. If I’m pawning, because something unexpected came up, they try their best to get me what ever amount I may need or close to it. You ever have a problem with a product you buy, let them know. They will make it right. Nelson, Pam, and the new guys Larry, and Caleb, have always made my experiences there great. I won’t go to any other shop now.
