I used to consider this Subway store the best in the area, with its reliable quality and friendly service making it a top choice. However, recent changes have led to a noticeable decline. The firing of the long-time staff who had built strong relationships with customers and maintained high standards seems to be a key factor. Their departure left a void that the new team has struggled to fill.
Additionally, the new owners' lack of support for the employees has been evident. There’s been a clear drop in morale and motivation, which reflects poorly in both the service and the overall dining experience. Without proper guidance and resources, the new staff can't seem to replicate the previous excellence.

When the car behind me pulled up, I pulled through the drive through to let them through. They greeted me once again and told me it would be a wait after they took that last guests order. When they helped the car before me I went up to the order screen again and I waited an extended amount of time after another phony greeting. I was treated with absolute disrespect and it was disgusting to be ignored for that long. Terrible service, and I waited 1 hour for absolutely nothing to become of it. Not only was the soda type wrong for my "cup of ice" but my super simple sub was wrong. I ordered a footling ham with lettuce and tomato and asked for extra mayo - it came without any! The chili cup also had no spoon, crackers or napkins. I ended up walking in and asking to refill the soda and explained there was way too much ice. The girl didn't seem to care and disappeared before I could ask for a spoon, crackers or mayo. Waited five minutes and she didn't come back to the front. Won't go back here!
