Burger King — Restaurant in Menasha

I go to this burger king all the time. Never had any issues. Always great customer service. Today at 8:55 pm, I ordered the bbq brisket whopper to try since it's new via drive through. The first sandwich I noticed there was no brisket. Called and spoke to Doug, and he said to bring it back. I came back with the burger and the window lady that work the closing shift ( I didn't catch her name) came back and said it was under the cheese and immediately said they will make a new one and walked away. Didn't even allow me to ask a question or even apologize for the mix-up. They made my second sandwich, and i can see through the window, they may have been disccussing something that made everyone inside upset, this time, it was an older man who handed me my sandwich, and all he said was, "Here's your sandwich," and immediately walked away. The overall attitude was very rude. I wasn't looking for a second sandwich for free, I just wanted what I paid for. I checked this second sandwich, and there is barely any brisket in it. I checked under the cheese, and the amount they gave is so little, smaller than the slice of cheese that was provided. And so thin that it can't even make a sandwich. It was not worth a 3rd visit because the attitude the staff had ruined my appetite. The photo advertisement is not the same. I know it's for advertisement but still, a decent amount for a 12 dollar sandwich better be present. Not this. I'm really disappointed. Well I should have believed the 1 star reviews. This BK is absolutely the worst one I have ever been to, I have been here once for breakfast and once for lunch. Both times my order was incorrect and an item was missing. I didnt notice until I got home both times. The 2nd time, I actually went back to the store because I was missing a whole burger and they asked to see my receipt that of course I didnt keep because who keeps a fast food receipt? Anyway, they did give me my missing sandwich, after I kept saying, "why would I lie about missing one sandwich and come back with all my food 15 minutes later for a sandwich that costs $1.something.

Thats just the beginning. The food is awful as well. I dont know if its old/dirty fryers or what but the food does not taste right and I swear they make one thing of iced tea for the week and keep using it until it runs out because it tastes like what I imagine old sweaty balls would taste like every time I have gotten the tea. Please listen to the other reviews and avoid this BK at all costs. I might try another one in the area but the Menasha one...

I ordered bk delivery at this location. I received my order but #1 they forgot one of my orders. ( Yes I double checked my email and receipt on the app, that I had order that. Which it shows on there, it was ordered and paided) #2 They messed up on my son's order. It was 10pc chicken nuggets meals. Instead of nuggets, they gave us jalapeños poppers. I called them first time to let them know they forgot one of my orders. Then called a second time to let them know they messed up on my son's order. Both times, the worker on the head set told me, they would get my ordered out to me. I waited for HOUR for our new order to be delivered. It never delivered, I called a third time, to tell them it never got delivered. The same worker proceeded to tell me, she previously told me in our phone calls. She would mail out our coupons. But she did not say at all during our first two phone calls. And also, why would I need more coupons? is it coupons for free items? orders ? because I've never even received what I ordered.
