My wife and I bought our wedding rings from here. We shopped around a little bit and then we ended up this place. I found Derek extremely sincere and honest -- things you care when you make a purchase and you have not a lot of experience about the purchase. Even they were closing the store that night, he gave us half an hour, provided very useful information.

Neil was also very helpful. Our wedding plans were going great and I was almost surprised that there wasn't any problem. We asked some adjustment for our wedding rings and I was going to pick up those on Saturday (They were closed on Sundays), but I couldn't make it. I went there early Monday and they were closed. I checked Google Map and saw they will open at 11 (or something), I went back home and came back later. It was still closed. Then I realized they will be open on Tuesday at 11, but we have to be in SF City Hall at 10:30 AM. Immediate blood rush, some sweating. Thinking that my girlfriend would be nervous, anxious (angry?) when she heard that. I found their website and sent an immediate email without hope. Neil returned back to my email in 10 minutes. The man I saw there was absolutely terrible. I had called two times asking if they repaired jewelry. Both conversations on the phone were very friendly, professional, and encouraging. The man said he cleans and repairs jewelry, so I went out of my way to go to him. I arrived 10 minutes before they closed with a bag of jewelry, All of it was costume, but was meaningful to me. He treated me terribly, acting as though it was all just throwaway jewelry. When I asked him the price to restring some necklaces and gold plate a bracelet, the prices were outrageous.
