As much as I don’t want to do this because usually I am one to just accept it and move on I need to…..
I went in for both a manicure and pedicure and at first was very impressed with the facility and booking process. I read reviews beforehand and decided instead of taking the long trek to Green Bay as I would have in the past, I would try something closer to home. I am nine months pregnant and was finally on maternity leave and wanted to do something relaxing for myself before giving birth. I have not had a pedicure in a very long time because normally now I am one to do my own gel nails at home due to the cost.
At first when I arrived jaci had me soak my feet for about only two seconds before she started. She said that she would do some trimming for me which I expected because that’s usually the normal process along with cleaning the nails and callous removal. She trimmed my nails perfectly fine on the ends, but when trimming the nail bed where I usually have ingrowns she stopped and left them and did absolutely no callous removal(this is one of the main reasons I go). I could see that she purposely left an area as it still looked like it needed to be cleaned out more with tools. Mind you, I am unable to reach my toes right now so I was fully ready to endure whatever she needed to do. The whole thing felt very very rushed and I booked a two hour appt for both hand and feet that lasted about 1 hr and 15 minutes. Was not relaxing what so ever.
When we got to the manicure she clipped into my cuticles so far that they each bled bad. Each nail bed was bleeding and some even had dried blood on the nail prior to her painting them. She painted right over the blood. She also painted over the dust from when she roughed the nail. Did not have me wash my hands and then dehydrate the nail with alcohol. Once at home I could see where she had flooded the cuticles and they were lifted which was snag city. I had multiple areas that were missed being painted, and lumps and bumps all over the place. I am a week away from my due date and so disappointed that I won’t have time for myself again once the baby is here for a while. I gave her a simple simple design which she was happy about because it was so easy. But it also seemed as if she rushed through something so easy and made it look completely shitty.
Wish I would have made the trek to gb as they have always done everything in the past as it should be. And I also wish I would have spoken up but I did actually liked talking with her.
Although very nice, I will not go back. And I’m fully regretting paying $140 for this service that was supposed to be $90 as a combo mani and pedi. I always tip good so when she charged $120 I gave her an extra $20. Which is on me. I do not recommend jaci as a nail artist. Head to gb if you want things done right and comfortably. Don’t make the same...
Read moreI had the Luxury VIP Scalp Treatment with Marjorie at Intrigue in Menominee and I’m still glowing — inside and out! ✨
As a former day spa owner and total self-care junkie, I’ve tried just about everything — but this was hands-down the most incredible experience I’ve ever had. It combined all of my favorite things into one ultra-relaxing, 3-hour session of bliss: a full-body massage, a rejuvenating facial, and a much-needed scalp treatment that was not only exfoliating and therapeutic, but also surprisingly educational. (I learned so much about my own scalp health!)
The treatment began with a 200x scalp scope, oil treatment, exfoliation, red light therapy applied directly to the scalp, and gentle stimulation to awaken the follicles. While I melted into their heated red light therapy bed, Marjorie worked her magic with their signature ozone scalp therapy, a deeply relaxing facial, hand, arm, and foot massage, paraffin wax treatment, and their incredibly soothing halo water therapy (which was so cool!).
The session was infused with an energy-aligned playlist featuring zen frequencies for ultimate relaxation. It wasn’t a full sound bath, but the soothing background sounds added such a peaceful, grounded energy to the whole experience. Combined with the perfect blend of essential oils — calming and luxurious without being overpowering — it truly engaged all the senses. The lip and eye treatments were dreamy, and the “Botox in a bottle” serum? Total game-changer. My skin feels and looks absolutely amazing.
To top it all off, I left floating out the door, smelling amazing, with a personalized scalp care plan and the cutest goodie bag that totally made my day.
Marjorie is so talented and genuinely amazing at what she does. I felt nurtured, renewed, and completely spoiled. I already rebooked for my birthday — and I booked my husband for his next month too!

Read moreThis was my first time experiencing a “head spa” treatment. I have thinning hair and I hadn’t realized how I’ve neglected my scalp. Marjorie was very professional and knowledgeable about the treatment. She first analyzed my scalp, and I was horrified at the disgusting close-up. She then proceeded with the most indulgent head to toe spa treatment I have ever experienced. I love the waterfall halo!! My head has never felt this good and thankfully my “after” picture is clean and healthy with lots of blood flow! The neck and shoulder massage really helped alleviate the built-up tension. While my hair was being steamed with a conditioning masque, Marjorie pampered me with hydrating facial, arm, hand and foot massage. I would definitely recommend this ultimate head to toe, relaxing spa treatment! Either pamper yourself or give to someone special, you will...
