Honestly I've always stayed away from chipotle because they always skimp on portions and workers aren't the nicest š . I haven't been to a chipotle in about 10 months and decided to come on the 31st of October because I just realized I had a coupon that said Bogo FREE entry and decided to come here. Well let's just say I came in and no one was in line behind me and the worker told me what I wanted. I told her and showed her my Coupon saying if this works before I order and she told me that "No, it doesn't work till 3pm" I was confused and told her "are you sure? It clearly says Bogo FREE entry, and expires 11/7/24 and it doesn't have a time on when to use it." She then told me "no it should work after 3pm" and then I told her "Are you sure you aren't mistaking it for the BOORITO that is happening today?" And she replied "Let me ask my manager" she then got her manager and her manager told her that those are 2 different things and the Bogo FREE entry works whenever until 11/7/24. She then came back with an embarrassed face because we went back and forth for about 3 minutes on whether the coupon works or not. Then she asked what I wanted and as soon as a couple went in line behind me she sped up and was rushing me as if there were 30+ customers behind me š She started serving me small rushed portions and I was gonna tell her to slow down because she's giving me small portions but I needed to pick up my nephew from school because he was already waiting for me and my sister to pick him up. As soon as she started serving me double chicken she rapidly took some chicken off the utensil and basically gave me only like 1 scoop of chicken. Then for my 2nd burrito bowl with half chicken n carnitas she did half a spoon of chicken and once she got some carnitas with the tong she dropped a big chunk back into the carnitas because she was going fast because there were 2 people in line behind me lmao. I think she was new or she just didn't like me because I proved her wrong in her head. The food itself had good flavor but not enough for 1 person. You're honestly more better off going to Teriyaki Don or Royal India Indian Cuisine. At least there the workers are nice and welcoming and will give you great portions for a great price and great tasting food. I paid $14.85 for a burrito bowl with extra chicken and the half n half bowl was free marked as "Carnitas Bowl" Not coming here again. Maybe you'll have better luck getting your money's worth of food portions if you are more aggressive when they try skimping you "Can I have more rice please? That's way too little." "Can I have more chicken please? I asked for double...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI honestly donāt even want to give any star. I went to chipotle with my sister in law and we were looking to get stuffed because we were hungry and once we started to order our burrito and a bowl, everything was okay i guess the workers werenāt really welcoming and they practically all had an attitude, once i was done ordering and I started to pay the lady was talking to a coworker with attitude and when she did another employee was laughing and the cashier said āHUH what she doesnāt know how to answer and she is ignoring meā honestly it was just straight rude energy in there . Once we got our food we went to the car and we started to eat and we were filled with disappointment when we tried our own food and when we tried each others food, the rice wasnāt cooked right at ALL and it was hard, as well for the meat it didnāt look cooked at all and the meat was very chewy like it was kinda raw it also had no flavor and tasted VERY plain, after we ate a couple more bites we felt sick to our stomach!! We payed 30 something dollars to eat and we ended up throwing the food out because of how nasty it tasted we also didnāt have time to go complain because we were in a rush and we didnāt want to deal with YOUR guys rude employees plus we were gonna get the same hard rice and the same raw chewy meat if we went back. We are not coming here again and we also donāt recommend anyone going here unless you wanna feel sick and throw up the next morning. Do better and give people what they are paying for which is fresh and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve been a regular customer at this Chipotle location for some time now, and Iāve always appreciated the friendly service and consistent quality until recently. Since the new manager, Peyton, took over, the overall experience has noticeably declined.
One of the most disappointing changes was the departure of Christina, a former manager who truly set the standard for excellent customer service. Christina consistently ensured that guests were taken care of efficiently and respectfully. She created a welcoming environment, always supported her staff, and went the extra mile to uphold the quality and standards we came to expect from Chipotle.
Unfortunately, since her departure, there has been a significant shift in atmosphere and service. The current management seems disorganized and inattentive. Ordering now feels rushed, and the quality of the food often falls short whether itās underportioned, poorly prepared, or not as fresh as it used to be.
Itās disheartening to see such a great team dynamic and customer experience deteriorate under new leadership. I hope upper management takes a closer look at how these recent changes are impacting both the staff and the customers. For the sake of this locationās reputation and the hardworking team that remains, I sincerely hope corrective action is taken starting with re-evaluating the current management.
Chipotle should be a place where both employees feel supported and customers feel valued. I hope to see this location return to those standards...
