Recently, I had the opportunity to visit The Sensory Lab by ASIP, and my overall experience was quite delightful. The standout feature of the place was undoubtedly the friendly and welcoming staff. From the moment I walked in, their warm greetings set a positive tone for my visit.

The atmosphere and layout of the coffee shop were equally impressive. The design created a cozy and inviting space, making it an ideal spot to relax or catch up with friends. The carefully curated art on the walls added a touch of character and uniqueness to the ambiance, making it a visually appealing environment.

One of the highlights of my visit was the beautiful presentation of the coffee. Each cup was crafted with precision, and the attention to detail was evident in the intricate designs on the foam. It added an extra layer of enjoyment to my coffee-drinking experience.

However, it's important to note that the overall positive impression was slightly marred by the condition of the couch. Unfortunately, visible stains on the upholstery were quite off-putting. This detail stood out, especially considering the otherwise well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing environment. It would be great if the management could address this issue to maintain the high standards set by the rest of the establishment.

Sensory Lab in Merced has quickly become one of our favorite spots! The space is huge, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully organized, creating a relaxed and inviting vibe. We were thrilled to see they now offer breakfast, and it did not disappoint!

I had the breakfast sandwich with sausage, and it was superb—perfectly balanced and so flavorful. We also tried the eggs Benedict, which was also delicious. And, of course, the coffee was fantastic, as always! Rich, smooth, and brewed to perfection, it’s definitely some of the best coffee in town.

We can’t wait to be back. Highly recommend Sensory Lab for a great start...

The atmosphere was good, very "Bay Area". It's not something you would expect from Merced.

They had several areas where groups could get together and hang out, from dining room tables to sectional couches.

Feels "High end" better than Starbucks.

It was quiet when we went at 8:00 am. No music.

The food was simple but good.

Coffee was thick and delicious, served in proper coffee cups. Each of our coffees had a different cute foam decoration on top.

Service was kind and pleasant. Very helpful when asking for recommendations.
