Let me start off by saying my wife and I have been there multiple times and the food has always been delicious, but the customer service needs help it's severely lacking and makes you not want to come back. The last visit I had missing items from my order and after already making it home I was not going to make another 20 minute round trip. So my wife got my burger because hers was missing and I ate ramen for dinner. This visit the drive through worker had attitude the whole time even during the ordering process. I should have known something was off when i could hear the customer in the pickup in front of me become agitated after a few minutes of back and forth with the worker and just say forget it and leave the drive through.The speaker was hard enough to hear out of not to mention it's like she was rushing me to order with "what else " to which I replied just a moment just to receive more "ok what else" and "is that it ?"responses and hearing ugh through the speaker as if my order is somehow wasting their time. Mind you they were surprisingly slow nobody in the dining area and nobody in the drive through besides me at this point since as I said the person in front of me got fed up and left. So I placed my order and as shes reading it back it's like shes speed reading and finishes with and an extra large root beer an I said no that was two large root beers and she goes oh yeah I know. Well obviously two root beers is not one extra large one but to make it worse I get to the window and the total seems off. So i paid and she hands me my receipt I start to read it and there is a burger I didnt order as well as my jalepeno poppers are missing from the order. So to get it corrected before I drive home again with the wrong order and they waste food making an order unnecessarily I knocked on the window and told her I didn't order this burger. Also my jalepeno poppers are missing from my order. She catches attitude even worse than the drive through speaker and says well that's what I heard and I read you your order back and you said ok . I told her I already had to correct the order at the speaker because shes reading off an item that isnt even on the menu and missing my other drink. She says that it's my fault and that's what she heard and I ordered so I told her well that's not the case I didnt order this burger I ordered jalepeno poppers that's why I'm telling you now so it can be corrected. She rolled her eyes at me an slammed the window and I can hear her taking s#@t to the other employee about me as if the window is soundproof and I wouldn't hear her. So she comes back with my drinks and order. Then returns with a dollar change for the order difference and another bag and says dont forget your jalepeno poppers with attitude again and closes the window. The customer service is the reason we will probably not be returning at this point I get mistakes and miscommunications happen but you do not get attitude with customers especially when customer service is your job. Bad customer service loses customers in turn losing your employer revenue and that leads to your employer no longer being able to stay open because their are plenty of options for food that dont have the attitude problem...

He was driving so he was the one ordering. I however couldn't hear the lady on the speaker due to me being on other side of car. We ordered, paid, got our receipt and realized there was a mistake. We knocked on windows to let the lady know before they made everything. After we showed the lady the mistake she instantly had attitude by rolling her eyes and shaking her head at us like teenagers do when they are talking back and she said in a non polite tone. I repeated the order to you so next time listen, but I'll fix it. My father is in his 70's. Me myself already has trouble hearing speakers in drive thrus. We couldn't understand the reasoning for the attitude and decided not to respond to insure the situation wouldn't escalate. This place has recently opened and shouldn't have people working the window who can not control their attitude. I understand the stress of a work place, but she is not the one actually cooking or fixing the order so we dont understand why it was so disturbing to her that we instantly corrected the mistake instead of waiting for food to be given to us to then correct it. We honestly felt what we did was not rude and was actually helpful because we brought the mistake to their attention immediately instead of after it was all cooked. I feel this lady needs to have a sit down talk to help her improve her customer service skills. Description of her is maybe early 20s Hispanic. Read moreThis place is always phenomenal the staff is just the problem not very friendly at all bare minimum, when it comes to customer service I went through the drive thru of course because the weather is cold to sit outside and the lady that took my order was not friendly seemed like she didn't want to be there no suggestive sells at all the car before me was waiting there for quite some time then the food was given to the driver ahead of me and the window was shut the driver had to knock on the window for her drink then it was my turn she told me the price I gave her my card she should have given me my drink but instead she gave me my card and my receipt close the window 5-10 minutes later she opens the window gives me my food and I asked her for ranch she rolls her eyes and hands me runny watery ranch I have been here many times so I know the ranch is always thick and creamy but not this time so I leave without my drink and realize it as I drove off. But I had a water bottle in my car so I was fine... I really think that when ur in customer service of any kind u should be at ur utmost behavior because you're working with the public if you don't like your job find another and stop ruining people's day who wants to eat angry food I don't I left some pictures that place is awesome the food is awesome but I have never met an employee that was pleasant or acted like they wanted to be there... maybe it has something to do with the owners or the management who knows if you don't like what you do you should find something different or maybe because the place is so small who knows the food is fanstatic and worth all of...
