I would not recommend. If I could give a 0 stars I would! Went in for a balayage and a haircut. Stylist Megan and the owner both worked on my hair. The owner suggested I get a foliage instead which was a mistake this place completely ruined my hair it’s dead falling out, and not even cut right they also gave me a 2nd-degree burn on my scalp. I could potentially lose my hair where the burn is. All because the owner and Megan were in the back talking. Let me sit with foils in my hair for over an hour without checking once which is why the burn happened. My scalp felt like it was on fire that I was screaming for someone's help and pulling/ripping foils out of my hair for 2-3 mins I even asked another employee that was not in the back for help she just looked at me and never helped or got help. So, I had to scream even louder to get the owner and Megan’s attention from in the back. They finally came out 2-3 mins later looked at my scalp lied to me said it was fine and that it was just an allergic reaction but I knew that it was not. I left and went straight to urgent care to find out it was a 2nd-degree burn. The owner and Megan knew my head was not fine but proceeded to lie to me anyway and still charge me. I used IrisMoon to do mine and my bridesmaids' hair for my wedding. Hannah was so easy to work with and she and the other stylists did an amazing job. Prices were reasonable and they were super efficient - we budgeted 3 hours for 9 people's hair, but with 3 stylists it ended up only taking about 2 hours, which was awesome and made the whole wedding day feel less rushed. The minute you walk in, it's like you're talking to old friends. The stylists are knowledgeable in not only beauty services, but take the time to get to know you as a person and genuinely care. The atmosphere is calming and a true escape from the hustle and bustle of each day. Megan has worked with my son and he does not always sit well, but she works efficiently and accurately to make sure he doesn't have a bad experience.
