Meredith Community Center — Local services in Meredith

I live in Meredith. This is a typical modern community center that's probably now about ten years old. It sucks tax dollars from the local residents like an out-of-tune 427 V-8 with two four-barrel carburetors.

This should have been a joint-venture building with either Center Harbor to the east or New Hampton to the west. I didn't live here when the decision was made to build it. If I did live here, I would have voted against it.

Wait until the repair / replacement bills start to come due in another ten years. Hopefully I'll be living somewhere...

The community center in Meredith has a little something for everyone. Theres a game room with billiard games, basketball courts, function and meeting rooms hosting all kinds of events gatherings and groups, with a large free parking area and a beautiful clean well maintained playground out back that is fenced in.
