Update since last time I wrote. It is now July 19th. I spoke to the number given in the report. I want to thank the man on phone that I spoke to. The support. He was very kind and informative. Thank you. I will actually return to.this location.. but int he future to see if it has improved or not a to give a new report update. I hope to see some change until then.
Yeah.. it's a bar but we was there very early and people were literally screaming. Was only a group of 10 but they were literally scream talking. The on the bone wings were dry but still could eat them. The frys were actually burnt.. ate one and almost got sick. I would complain.. but the server was already being pushy and rude and didn't seem to want to help us in the 1st place. She also knocked a few items I had onto the floor when setting the plates down on the table. The fried pickles we got were good! Enjoyed them! The little cheese ball things we got were good. The boneless wings were good. The burger my friend got was greasy as ever. The place was cleaned though! Play more football â˝ď¸ soccer on the TV next time.. not just fighting.. there are 100 tvs in that place. Football â˝ď¸ soccer was on! I felt if I would've asked, I would've had my head bitten off. Was 80 bucks! Too much for half burnt and over greasy food. I didn't go to the bathrooms just because I wanted to leave. Lastly! We had a coworker.. I don't know why? But he followed us outside (may I remind you we didn't complain once when we were there and we weren't loud or rude) a co-worker followed us outside and was like telling my friends they HAD to come pick me up from the door. (It was raining) He kept arguing that they HAD to come pick me up over and over and my guy friends were getting angry, but luckily kept their kool and we left.    Read moreWe got overcharged and instead of fixing the issue the server continued to argue and make claims that she didn't say what she had initially told us. My husband and I both heard this and we changed our order to the "deal" she said they had so we could eat for cheaper since we are on an unexpected trip. The server explained to us that on Tuesdays, traditional wings are on sale. My husband and I were discussing our order with her and each other claiming we did not like traditional as much as boneless, however if traditional was cheaper we would order those instead. She claimed that the traditional were 1/2 off on Tuesdays so we settled for 20 traditional. This was the whole reason we came to Bdubs. We knew the wing days were Tuesday and Thursday, however we didn't know the current deals. We got our bill and it was $28 and we asked the server along with another server why it was so high and they both argued with us and our server claimed she never said that the traditional were on sale, but that the boneless were. The manager eventually took care of it after not wanting to listen to our complaints. We could have easily disputed the order off of our credit card but we told them if they just charged us for what they would have if we ordered boneless in the first place then we would settle. He eventually did after arguing with us some more. Buffalo Wild Wings in Peoria, IL is our regular Bdubs and it has always been a very good experience! This Bdubs needs to care more about customer service rather that arguing about who's right and who's wrong in a misunderstanding when two people hear one server say something and base their entire order off of what the server said!    Read moreQuite possibly the worst restaurant experience Iâve had. We walked in at 4:45pm with a party of 6, and they were mostly empty. While waiting to be seated the waitress that was going to seat us repeatedly complained to us that the waitress that should be seating us was late but she would seat us instead until she got there. Once seated our waitress went to take our order but seemed confused about the menu, but got our order taken. After waiting for our food for about 45 minutes the waitress came by and told us it should just be a few more minutes and that they were very busy (half empty still), and after an hour, when our food finally started showing up, it came a single plate at a time and we got all but one persons order. We asked for silverware and she looked around for some, and then asked her co-worker âdo I just tell them we donât have any?â She told us they were out of silverware and we asked about to-go plastic ware and she said they were out of that too. About 10 minutes later we still didnât have silverware and one of our plates was still missing, but we were met with excuses for all of it. After asking for the manager four times she finally came and got things fixed. The only positive thing I can say about the whole experience was they brought our childâs order out not long after it was placed so she didnât have to wait, and the manager that helped us was very nice and apologetic. 10/10 do...
